3Dice initial review

Hiya. I deposited into the casino Yesterday. $500 from my e wallet. The bank screen got stuck and was just sitting there, so i hit the continue button, and nothing happened. I logged out/in, and no deposit. So I tried it again, and same thing happened.

I went to chat, and was told they could see the deposit, but for somereason it was not credited to me yet, and to try back a little later. I did. Same responce, and it was sent to the finance dept. I went to e wallet and they said my money was at 3dice, and gave me the ref # for them to find it.

Back in chat, the lady rep. said she could do it manually, but i might end up with x2 the deposit, and to try back in about 1/2 hour. I did. 1 Hour later, and i had, $1000 in my acct. insted of the $500. I went back to e wallet, and sure enought, BOTH request had gone thru at once.

So, here is the first thing i do not like. At Bodog, when i do an e wallet deposit, i need the have the money in e wallet. At 3dice they took the $500 from e wallet on the first request, the one i thought did not go thru, and then took the other $500 from my bank acct, thru e wallet.

What if i did not have the other $500 in the bank? This would look like a fraud attempt or something. Also, Bodog makes you enter the e wallet CODE, and 3dice does not. I think this extra step should be added.

So, off to play. I am up $500 after 2 1/2 sets. The game has fallen within the established, "by me" paramaters it is suppose to. The RNG does NOT cheat on large bets, as i made a max $25 bet on a few numbers and hit.

Also the game did not do anything that it was not suppose, "according to me" to. Thus i went down several hundred $ betting that this bet would hit within the next 3 spins, and it hit on the first of those. If it had not, it would have done something i have NEVER seen the game do before.

I have to wait a few days for the money to clear thru e wallet, and i will withdraw, and post how long it takes. I did not take any deposit bonus.

Weeeeeeee. 3dice so far gets a .....

you can withdraw now 3Dice is quicker then you can snap your fingers it will be in your ewallet quicker then it takes for them to withdraw from your bank

So how did 3Dice retify the fact that they removed an additional $500 from your account? Have they already sent you that second $500 back to your bank account or your ewallet?

Hi love2win,

First off thanks for joining 3Dice, I've investigated exactly what went on with your deposits as ewallet deposits are meant to be instant. EWX uses a post-back system for its deposits. That means that when our servers submit your deposit request, they do not get a reply other than 'request received'. Thats when your transaction will show as 'open' in the cashier. As soon as EWX has finished processing the details of your deposit, they contact our servers with that information. This usually happens within seconds. If however - e.g. a network fluke - this postback does not reach our servers then your transaction remains open and EWX will queue it in a 'retry' queue. After you contacted support, we verified the EWX backend where both deposits showed as cleared, then manually switched the state of those transactions on your 3Dice account. The postbacks from EWX eventually were retransmitted by them and reached our servers 96 minutes after your deposit. (which means that had you not contacted support, it would've taken 96 minutes for those deposits to go through). This happens only very rarely, I'd be surprised if you saw it again any time soon.

EWX funding through your bank account is something that navaho networks is doing and I would think you'd be able to disable that feature in the options of your EWX account. I understand that the second deposit was not your intention, do keep in mind you are free to withdraw any method any time.

One more thing, I've added a little comp for this to your account and see you have not claimed that - its no WR - no strings attached so please do accept it as our apologies for the EWX hassle.

Rob, I did not ask for the extra $500 back, and was told in chat that it could not just be put back, "Because i did, on the 2nd try, request it. I just did not want e wallet to think i was trying to get free money or something. I normally deposit $1000 anyway, but as this is a new Casino for me, and uses an RNG i had never played before, i was going to me more carefull using a smaller deposit.

So, I have a bonus somewhere eh? Let me see, $500 deposit, x 2 attempts x 48 minutes waithing= $48,000 free bonus?.....What?.........Really.....What?......heh ehe Fine, just remove the last 4 numbers then.......
