free play question

I usually don't play the free play offers but tried one today at Quattro. Played through and have the max cash-in amount of $200. However, you have to deposit and play with a match bonus. Bought $100 and bonus of $100. Played slots but lost all before meeting wagering. I have asked live chat about whether I can cashout but they have "internal" problems and are working on it. Now I log in and see an extra $100 added to my bonus account.
Anyone have any idea what is happening?

I am not sure but if u have not met wagering I am kind of thinking that u will not be able to cashout before doing so. They are tricky those kind of offers and it is important to read the TCs
