Royal Joker - SUB terms contradictory??

Hi Gang

Received an invite from Intertops for this new MG casino, and checked the SUB terms and noticed the following:

Players are subject to a 30 times play through requirement (bonus and deposit) before bonus credits are transferred into their cash balance. As the required play through requirement is met, funds are automatically transferred from a player's bonus balance to his cash balance in increments of 10 credits.

However, the bonus system terms state:

Regular Players are subject to a 30 times playthrough before bonus credits are transferred into their cash balance.

Players who receive the Welcome Bonus offer are subject to the terms of the bonus until the bonus has been played through.

Maybe Im reading the last bit wrong, but it says once the BONUS is played through the terms of the SUB no longer apply, and the BONUS balance is subject to a 30xB to clear NOT 30x D+B

So, do Royal Joker expect the player to clear the bonus via the MG bonus system, and THEN play it through ANOTHER 30x ??? If so, then whats the point of having the bonus system at all???? Grrr....

I also dont like this term:

The Welcome Bonus on your first deposit cannot be dropped. The minimum deposit required to get the bonus is $20.

Seems like it would actually deter some players who dont like bonuses, which I thought were the players that casinos want...??

I take the "regular players" statement to mean players that have already completed the SUB....

And I definitely wouldn't play somewhere that forced you take any bonus....why? It's just not right...

Yup..I see the regular player bit...but the bonus system is obviously set at 30xB (I dont think the operator can change it for particular bonuses) so you would have to clear the bonus and THEN wager it 30x again. Seems stupid.

I might be wrong on the bonus system changing for individual bonuses but I have never known it to be done anywhere else.

Anyway, my point is that if MG casinos who USE the Ezbonus system actually based their bonus offer around it I wouldnt have started this thread....

I got the "test drive" invite, but the "car" they have provided doesn't work

They have tried something too clever for the MGS software to cope with.

I can download the casino, but I simply CANNOT get it to accept "Already got an account", and let me enter what they say I should, which is my Intertops username, but replacing the leading two letters with "RJ".

Simply doesn't work - end of story - get the error normally associated with either a non existant account number, or a DIFFERENT password to the one on my Intertops account.

The problem for Intertops is that this process SHOULD BE MADE EASY, most players are simply going to give up at this stage, and uninstall Royal Joker.

It seems they NEVER intended ANY players to register fresh accounts here, but to use Royal Joker as an alternate "skin" for their Intertops account, so they should have asked MGS to reconfigure the installer to allow players to go straight to log-in. Currently, it FORCES registration of a new account, EVEN if players select "already have an account" during the install process.

I agree Vinyl.

Try your Inter username with the RJ added to the front - I did that and it worked! I dont know why they did it that way but you might want to give it a spin

That is what DOESN'T work

What seems to keep happening is that it opens the GUEST login instead of the REAL MONEY login, and the ONLY way I can get it to offer up REAL MONEY login is to register an account.

Normally, there is no problem reinstalling any MGS casino, and as soon as you get the screen to register a NEW account, just hit "back to casino" to get up the login screen. In the case of Royal Joker, this move brings up the GUEST login, and NOT the REAL MONEY login. What is different is that I have NEVER created an account, they placed the data in the "back end", but the lobby is flawed in that it is impossible to get it to offer the real money login screen.

Sorry Jim......I thought u had replaced the first 2 letters instead of adding them on

Sounds like a complete pain in the butt....but Im sure the casino CS are being very helpful

The WELCOME bonus is only valid for the first deposit and players are subject to a 30 times play through requirement of both the deposit and the bonus.

For all other deposit bonuses, the playthrough requirements are 30 times in total. (see Royal Joker Rules http://www.royaljoker.com/contact_rules_en.html)

The WELCOME BONUS must be requested by the customer on the promotions page of the website, after making your first deposit.

Please note that bonuses are not mandatory, and customers may contact the Royal Joker Support Team at the time of their deposit, if they don�t wish to have a bonus.

I finally got in

The later email was rather ambiguous, and you have to "prefix" the "prefix", rather than replacing the Intertops prefix with the Royal Joker prefix. Daft & confusing system

Now, just as soon as the UK joins the EURO, I will reinstall Royal Joker

, since unlike Intertops, Royal Joker does not support the UK Pound, and I will be forever stung with currency conversion fees both ways. So many MGS sites support the UK Pound that there is no merit to adding one more that does not. RTG is different, as they are US Dollar only, but I do not play these anywhere near as often as my MGS casinos.
