i had my first cashout sunday morning after louise had processed my docs in a jiffy. there was a slight delay and i ended up getting my qt withdrawal in about 4 days, longer than i expected. Louise promptly answered my pm, but even more impressive was that EVERY rep i chatted with seemed to be on the same page and seemed just as sincerely concerned about the whole customer satisfaction thing. No runarounds, no excuses, very polite and personable.
I know everyone is impressed with and appreciates Louise... I certainly do, but I think it's equally impressive that this casino seems to be such a well oiled machine in terms of having an entire team commmited to customer service.
Really looking forward to their new casino.

Yeah Cherry Red is great, really great. Cant wait to start playing there again. I lost my job a few months back and need to sit on my savings. Its wierd because i have absolutly nothing bad to say about Cherry Red, which is more than can be said for some other casinos. Nuff said!!

I had joined rushmore last year the issue with them for me was depositing.
So the few times i could it wasnt very much to try their casino out. Now that they take ewallet i went back rushmore. They forward me a email on cherry red and slots oasis well i sure wish i was playing there all this time. I find with this group of rtg even though you dont cash out all the time, your play time is much longer then at a few others i play. The games play different at least for me.
And yes Louise is a doll, other casinos reps could learn from her how to treat their customers. And thats the way it should be. Yes louise in my books your the best rep on here. Once your docs are all passed there is no waiting issues they just send you your funds another breath of fresh air these days.![]()
