the one eurogrand i know, is licensed in gibraltar. there are many people posting good and bad things about it.

all i can say is that i had several cashouts in the sister casinos of the group eurogrand belongs to. if you stick to the rules you should have no problem in getting your money.
i cant tell you about eurogrand itsself cause made no cashout there.

    cheers

Eurogrand belongs to an IMHO trustworthy group (Sky Kings, Joyland, Amber Coast, 32 Vegas, Aqua Lounge, Prestige, PlayGate). I had many cashouts from their casinos without any problem.

Isn't this the Cpays lot recently bought up by William Hill Online?

There is considerable debate as to whether the new ownership has changed the poor culture of Cpays. For a start, they KEEP ON SPAMMING just as they did under the old management, the only change is that now the William Hill brand is also part of the spam. Despite now being a BRITISH brand, these casinos have made it clear that they consider us a nation of "bonus abusing scumbags", so they should not be surprised when, I, as a Brit, make similar sweeping generalisations about their operation, and about "most Playtech casinos............".

Making prompt, no fuss, payments is what is expected, and does not make them special. What they need to do is convince the wider community that the old image and culture is dead & buried forever, and that they now represent the cutting edge of big brand respectability.

Experienced players will know that even the worst rogue casino pays most of the players most of the time. What makes them rogue is that they pick & choose who to pay, and when, irrespective of the terms & conditions between player and casino.

Well, thanks for all replies. It seems one withdrawal actually went through, hasnt been credited to the credit card yet. I ll see how it goes and will update the forum. Up to this point they treat me fine, but I have blocked receiving bonuses so that I wont have any wagering req. (they have a huge req. for players from greece, 100 X deposit + bonus, and this has to be fulfilled only in slots!).

It was only 50x slots for us Brits when I last looked.

Just HOW, may I ask, do all you "evil Greek players" abuse these Playtech SLOTS bonuses

MY argument has been that once they restrict play to slots, there is NO REASON to impose punitive WR any longer.

    Eurogrand cashout

Just to close the thread and to calm down all worries (mine and anybody else's!). The cashout came through fine! The timetable was like this:
I asked for a cashout on March 19. They asked me for certain documents, I sent them, the withdrawal was approved on March 24 and the funds arrived to the credit card today (March 30). I have to say it was a large amount and I was a little doubtful on their response. However, it seems to have worked out fine. So, as far as I am concerned, Eurogrand seems fair!
