Hallo, i tried to made a withdrawal from casino Tropez. The withdrawal was pending after 2 days. I asked them how many days must past until a withdrawal can be approved. They answer that they need 4 working days, and after the approval they need 7-14 working days for to reflect the money in my credit card. Is that standard for all players?
And what meens this paragraph? :

4 days pending time is normal at Casino Tropez. I don't know how much time a credit card withdrawal needs because I only use Moneybookers and Neteller for my withdrawals but 7-14 days seems appropriate to me.

I suggest you open a Moneybookers or Neteller account for faster withdrawals.

The second paragraph means that they will withdraw the same amount that you deposited back to your credit card and the rest of the winnings will be withdrawn to your payment method of choice. This is usually the same way your deposited but in some cases people prefer bank wires or cheques. This is to cover any chargeback or fraud issues that may arise from your account, so don't worry about it.

7-14 days is very long but i'm not sure where Tropez are based. If it's somewhere like South America it may indeed take this amount of time to process the payment, but I'd expect a payment to reach my bank within 3-5 working days from ANY processor once they have authorised the payment.

There are NO "international banking regulations" that specifically state this, just as the "international rules for the prevention of Moneylaundering" do NOT specifically state that casinos must return deposits back to where they came from.

These casinos make it up, but blame international bull$h1t rules so it looks to the player as if the decision is out of their hands.

Spot on. Tropez and Golden Palace are two of the longer standing Playtech Casino's and yet they hate the UK...why I don't quite know considering we're one of the most profitable markets but hey, their choice. Both very sly with their operations though, I'd avoid them.
