Hallo, i tried to made a withdrawal from casino Tropez. The withdrawal was pending after 2 days. I asked them how many days must past until a withdrawal can be approved. They answer that they need 4 working days, and after the approval they need 7-14 working days for to reflect the money in my credit card. Is that standard for all players?
And what meens this paragraph? :
Please be advised that the Casino reserves the right to refund winnings to ANY payment method you have used to deposit with up to the total amount you deposited, in accordance with international banking regulations.

And one last thing. After my second deposit 0f 370 dollars they gave me 185 dollars bonus. I had to make 10.800 wager to met the bonus withdrawal requirements, so i asked them to block my account from all bonuses.

Thank you, i am Harry from Greece.

4 days pending time is normal at Casino Tropez. I don't know how much time a credit card withdrawal needs because I only use Moneybookers and Neteller for my withdrawals but 7-14 days seems appropriate to me.

I suggest you open a Moneybookers or Neteller account for faster withdrawals.

Hi Harry,

The second paragraph means that they will withdraw the same amount that you deposited back to your credit card and the rest of the winnings will be withdrawn to your payment method of choice. This is usually the same way your deposited but in some cases people prefer bank wires or cheques. This is to cover any chargeback or fraud issues that may arise from your account, so don't worry about it.

7-14 days is very long but i'm not sure where Tropez are based. If it's somewhere like South America it may indeed take this amount of time to process the payment, but I'd expect a payment to reach my bank within 3-5 working days from ANY processor once they have authorised the payment.

In accordance with BULL$H1T they mean:mad:

There are NO "international banking regulations" that specifically state this, just as the "international rules for the prevention of Moneylaundering" do NOT specifically state that casinos must return deposits back to where they came from.

These casinos make it up, but blame international bull$h1t rules so it looks to the player as if the decision is out of their hands.

Case "law" disproves this. Many Playtech casinos have accepted deposits by Neteller, and have angered players by refusing to "refund winnings to ANY payment method you have used to deposit with up to the total amount you deposited".
If this really WAS down to "international banking regulations", it would be COMPULSORY in ALL CASES for the casino to return deposits back to Neteller, for example, if that was where they came from.

Casinos like to credit deposits back to cards for their OWN reasons, nothing to do with banking regulations. One reason IS because of the chargeback issue, as if the deposits have been returned to the card, there is nothing for a fraudulent player to chargeback. Cards have to be a member of the OCT scheme though, and this includes most VISA cards. Where a casino cannot return deposits back to cards, they seem to seriously distrust ewallets such as Neteller, even if the player has deposited this way to create a verification. Players are very likely to get a cheque, or bank wire as the only options where deposits cannot go back to their origin.

Disreputable casinos use these payment issues as stalling tactics. It is very hard to stall a payment to Neteller, since these show instantly once processed by the casino, so they cannot say a Neteller withdrawal is "in the post". Many players have been told their cheques are "in the post" or bank wires "been sent". The stalling then begins because they have to wait a few business days to discover they have been stalled.

Casino Tropez is a risky venue. Not in the rogue pit, but they have a history of stalling, pulling spurious "bonus abuse" stalling tactics, and Royally screwing the British in their terms & conditions.

Spot on. Tropez and Golden Palace are two of the longer standing Playtech Casino's and yet they hate the UK...why I don't quite know considering we're one of the most profitable markets but hey, their choice. Both very sly with their operations though, I'd avoid them.
