    Are Absolute Slots going down?

    I was planning to post my recent conversation with their live support, but strangely enough I never received a transcript even though I asked for one afterwards... Opening a new chat session and asking for it gives me a promise that I'll get it "sometime today".

    This is the case:
    I have a ~€750 withdrawal that has been processing for 10 days (They claim 2 to 5 days processing time). When asking about it they claim "NETeller trouble" that has been going on for "some time". So I ask if I can get it through Moneybookers instead, but that is not an option. Actually, no options whatsoever are available, just waiting.

    Not wanting to bet around the bush I ask directly if they are out of money. They just ignore the question and ask if I have any other issues. That is REALLY bad sign if you ask me.

    I have a feeling this might be another HippoJo episode for me, lost a £4500 withdrawal in that mess. Don't want to see more going down the drain..

    Anyone else have similar experiences? I wouldn't deposit a dime more there if I were you...

    Here is my second chat session asking for a transcript of my first - still no trancript in my inbox:

    you: nope, still nothing
    you: nothing in my spam folder either
    Xander: I am sorry but as we have many players waiting in line to be assisted we can not hold on for long however please note that we are available 24/7 and you can contact us back anytime
    you: I understand, but it shouldn't take many seconds to send me my transcript..
    you: I am contacting you back as I didn't receive the transcript the first time
    Xander: I'm afraid you just needs to wait as it has been sent by email
    you: That's the strange part - I haven't received it
    Xander: are you checking the correct email address?
    Xander: xxx@xxx.xx
    you: hehe, yup but thanks for the tip
    Xander: I have just resent it again
    Xander: You are very welcome.
    Xander: Have a nice day.
    you: it should have been her pretty much instant after you sent it..
    you: OK
    you: thanks for your help
    you: we'll see if it shows up

    Absolute Slots is the Rival that was operated (owned?) by Effective Media/Warren Jolly/Lou Fabiano. I don't understand why anyone would still play there. They wouldn't or couldn't pay the Cardspike players/affiliates...so why would this operation be any different?

    I don't know if all the outstanding Cardspike issues have been cleared up or not....has anyone heard anything more about it?

    Sorry, but given the state of their business affairs, I wouldn't trust these guys with Monopoly money.
