I was planning to post my recent conversation with their live support, but strangely enough I never received a transcript even though I asked for one afterwards... Opening a new chat session and asking for it gives me a promise that I'll get it "sometime today".
This is the case:
I have a ~750 withdrawal that has been processing for 10 days (They claim 2 to 5 days processing time). When asking about it they claim "NETeller trouble" that has been going on for "some time". So I ask if I can get it through Moneybookers instead, but that is not an option. Actually, no options whatsoever are available, just waiting.
Not wanting to bet around the bush I ask directly if they are out of money. They just ignore the question and ask if I have any other issues. That is REALLY bad sign if you ask me.
I have a feeling this might be another HippoJo episode for me, lost a 4500 withdrawal in that mess. Don't want to see more going down the drain..
Anyone else have similar experiences? I wouldn't deposit a dime more there if I were you...
