    Question Problems with JPFactory email response cashins?

    Please advise as I am not getting a response from vipsupport@jackpotfactory.com.
    Anyone been having trouble getting responses to emails or getting paid via quicktender?

    I haven't needed to email them lately. Why don't you try calling them or live chat from within the casino banking area maybe?

    PM a complaint to their rep here.
