Hi there, Can someone explain this to me please.

New to the forums, so a short intro, I usually played at microgaming and playtech casinos... so i know the whole deal and process regarding withdrawls, however i recently tried an new software.. and is one is on the accredited list by the casinomeister, Ive never heard anything nagitave about this group nor its casinos, I am not even sure if i have a problem exectly, This is what happened, I made a withdrawl for 160.15 and requested it to be sent to my moneybookers account, fair enough 24 hours later I view my transaction logs and discover, the casino had paid out 50.24$ not my 160.15 i requested, Ive sent numerous emails but no reponse, and casino at least I cant find it, but i am sure there is no live chat person, email only.. no telephone numbers either. I wont mention a casino name, because i am unsure of what exectly is going on.. however i am not getting any answers from the operators, and this is all I can find in the Faq's

I discovered this on the player help faq's.. can someone tell me what exectly does this mean? ive never seen this type of process on any casino yet.. so this is all unknowned to me, is this common outside microgaming/playtech casinos?

Amount deposited : 105$ Withdraw amount 160.15 Casino pays out 50.24 ? Is it due to this forumula below here? and if so is the rest of my money gone? Payment method was Credit card,

Why didn't I receive the same amount as the amount I cashed out?
Please note that we do NOT charge each purchase you make and we do NOT credit each cash-out you make. Your final daily transaction is determined by calculating your Daily Total.

The Daily Total is calculated by the following formula:

Total Purchased vs. Total Cashed Out = Daily Total.

If your purchases amount to more than your cash-outs, then your Daily Total is what will be charged to you.

    Example:
$50 (total purchased) vs. $34 (total cashed out) = $16 in charges (Daily Total)

If your purchases amount to less than your cash-outs, then your Daily Total will be positive and you will be sent the difference by cheque or E-wallet credit.

    Example:
$50 (total purchased) vs. $78 (total cashed out) = $28 in winnings (Daily Total)

Please note it may take 3-10 business days for your bank to post debits from your credit card account.

In order to see a complete statement or record of your transactions, please log in to your casino account and click on CASHIER. Under Additional Options, please select TRANSACTION HISTORY in the drop down menu and then click Go. You will be able to choose the date range for the transactions you wish to display.

Entries in GREEN or RED are requests by you to move money into or out of your casino account (deposits, cash-outs). Entries in BLUE are adjustments made by Casino Management (like awarding bonuses). Entries in PURPLE are the banking transactions (such as credit card credits, debits and winning cheques sent to you) which are the net result of all your deposits minus all your withdrawals for the processing period.

    thanks for the read,

    Rick

Did you deposit via credit card? If you did then i think the casino will not charge your credit card and they sent the rest on your moneybookers account.

I hope so , however the transaction history shows the funds were taken, also the funds are missing off my credit card, and lastly they said once the payment has been processed they cant refund it on the credit card,

So i am totally lost, I am keeping my eye on emails or updates, now due to this i have 50$ and i;ll have to pay 25$ in bank wire fee's and moneybookers small fees, assuming the rest well be somehow paid back to the credit card, i totally wasnt expecting it to be paid back to my card partial or at all, so the whole 50$ to moneybookers was quite a waste.

it sounds like they paid your total deposits back to the method you used to deposit, then sent the rest to moneybookers,

this happens alot to me also, and gets quite annoying, especially when they send it by bank transfer or credit card as it can take 3-5 business days to get it

The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

That's a logical answer, but I'm not seeing it? I see the OP deposited $105 and the casino paid out $50.24......

I'm reading as - the OP made a withdrawal for $160 and the $50 odd was paid to his credit card, not Moneybookers.

It would figure that the deposit would be refunded to the credit card, with the remainder going to the selected withdrawal option. But to me it seems only $50 was 'refunded'.

Unfortunately that only applies to my job but on internet forums I tend to be cynical. That might lead me to getting things completely wrong too, but in this case I'm not seeing what you are...
