    Question Audit Report

    Hi,

    Recently I noticed very strange software behavior playing Blackjack game at on of the reputable MG Casinos. My 20 had been beaten so many times in a row, that it started to get me suspicious.

    I sent email to the support, and they replied that they will send it to the software provider for a review. After a week, I got response that everything is ok with that particular game and that the play in my audit was fair. I kindly asked if they can just forward to me results of the audit, and I got the reply:

    We can forward to you a copy of your game play in excel, however we will not be able to forward the audit report as this is for internal purposes only.

    My question is, did I ask too much?
    Shouldn't this report be transparent?

    Greetings,
    Alex

    No, it shouldn't be transparent because you are supposed to take their word for it. They are not going to tell on themselves! Has any "audit report" from any casino that the casino itself pays for ever implicated the casino? I'm sure there is one out there so that you can't use the word "never" or "ever" but the elephant in the room is "conflict of interest" and this is a sore spot that needs to be addressed in this industry.

    Of course we all know the industry is under regulated to put it mildly and we do have the choice of whether to play or not but perhaps we could highlight the lack of regulation in a light hearted manner by making a quiz for the Reps.
    Add your questions and ensure they are as tricky and thorney

    Westland Bowl asks;

    Has any "audit report" from any casino that the casino itself pays for ever implicated the casino?

    Rusty asks;

    Has any Casino ever refused a deposit off a New player because they were not happy with their ID?

    Rusty also asks;

    Has any Casino ever not refused a player withdrawal because they were not happy with their ID?
