I remember that Rob...and it never really got any attention. I also brought it up a very long time ago, not long after UIGEA was first voted on and passed. Some people had complained about the two week waiting period, and I questioned then whether that was acceptable for an accredited casino. I think at that particular time that Bryan misunderstood me, and thought I was referring to US players, but I wasn't. I myself had gotten on live chat asking them about payout methods, and that's when I was informed about the 14 day thing. I stressed to the CS rep that I wasn't from the US, and they reiterated that it was standard practice, even paying to an ewallet such as Moneybookers or Neteller.
That finished me with them, and I never did play there.
There is no excuse in the world for any casino to take 14 days to pay to an online ewallet. Not when Inetbet, CW and others can do it in (most cases) under 24 hours. Totally unacceptable in my book. And this latest revelation of unauthorized reversal of withdrawals is definitely bordering on rogue behaviour,
IMO.
In all fairness to Bryan, I never did push the issue back then....more than likely something else came up with me. But this should definitely be brought to his and/or Max's attention ASAP.
The Mainstreet Group was a much better place to play when they ran under the Playtech software....I was a frequent player at Twin Aces casino and they were first class all the way. Nothing but downhill since switching to
RTG.
