    Main Street Group - RTG

    Anyone is playing there??

    They are all accredited casinos:
    Las Vegas USA Casino
    SlotsPlus Casino
    Sun Palace Casino
    Vegas Casino Online

I don't think i liked what i read so far but I am thinking about trying something new....

    Reasonable bonus terms:

    * The above offers apply only to your initial deposit with Vegas Casino Online.
    * The initial deposit bonus may only be claimed once per household.
    * To withdraw your bonus, winnings, and deposit amount you will need to wager 40 times your deposit plus bonus
    Who took my money ??

The better question should probably be: Does anyone win here?

I played exclusively (as far as RTG goes) with Main Street for about 4 years.
The WR are VERY high, the withdrawal times are VERY long, and the wins are few and far between (compared to ANY other RTG casino).

That being said, the support is generally nice and helpful.....but this will eventually be forgotten after deposit after deposit of NADA

The biggest issue seems to be their very delayed payment schedule. It seems to get longer and longer, with the expectation now being 14 days or more. They do pay though, but so do the other accredited RTG casinos, who also pay much faster. The games will more or less be the same, you will have bad sessions at them all at some time or another. If waiting 14 days for payment is not a problem, then it should be fine to try them just to see if your luck changes.

I have played at slotsplus for over a year now. My first withdrawal from them was a few weeks ago. Here is their problem they accept instadebit as a deposit but not for withdrawal. So i have to use my ewallet to get my funds with it turn meant i had to email them my account info. Customer service tells me it has hit the 2 week period they will look at it soon. I just wish they would stop putting the funds into play then i have to put it back to cashout. And i took no bonus so that isnt the problem.

Surely this is rogue territory. This should not happen (casino reversing withdrawal without player asking for it). If you didn't keep checking up, you could find they reversed it without you noticing, and all the while you would be waiting for it to be processed. Eventually, you would find out, and you would have to start over, with a NEW 2 week wait.

This should be brought to Max through PAB - this is not up to the standards expected of an accredited casino. A withdrawal, once made, should stay that way, until processed, UNLESS the PLAYER specifically requests a reversal. Continually reversing a pending withdrawal is a "stalling tactic", which causes a new cashin process, and 2 week wait, to be repeatedly triggered.

They used to pay within 3-4 days.

I touched on this very same issue back a couple of months ago with this outfit and whether or not this should be considered as "Accredited" worthiness ??

I remember that Rob...and it never really got any attention. I also brought it up a very long time ago, not long after UIGEA was first voted on and passed. Some people had complained about the two week waiting period, and I questioned then whether that was acceptable for an accredited casino. I think at that particular time that Bryan misunderstood me, and thought I was referring to US players, but I wasn't. I myself had gotten on live chat asking them about payout methods, and that's when I was informed about the 14 day thing. I stressed to the CS rep that I wasn't from the US, and they reiterated that it was standard practice, even paying to an ewallet such as Moneybookers or Neteller.

That finished me with them, and I never did play there. There is no excuse in the world for any casino to take 14 days to pay to an online ewallet. Not when Inetbet, CW and others can do it in (most cases) under 24 hours. Totally unacceptable in my book. And this latest revelation of unauthorized reversal of withdrawals is definitely bordering on rogue behaviour, IMO.

In all fairness to Bryan, I never did push the issue back then....more than likely something else came up with me. But this should definitely be brought to his and/or Max's attention ASAP.

The Mainstreet Group was a much better place to play when they ran under the Playtech software....I was a frequent player at Twin Aces casino and they were first class all the way. Nothing but downhill since switching to RTG.

I totally agree, it is unacceptable behavior for an "Accredited" operation IMO to be acting in this manner and paying out their players with such a delayed time frame. I would love to promote these guys on my site as one of the better RTG brands BUT under these conditions I just cannot morally feel right about promoting them to my players and visitors, not right now anyways.

I guess Main Street doesn't feel it necessary to touch on this at all?

    Thumbs down

Hi all i thought i would touch base on this as i said feb 20 i put in for a withdrawal. I was then in contact with the affiliate as cm site was being updated i could only find the mainstreet affiliate at that time. He was kind enough to help me with what he could. I have just now sent off another msg to the mainstreet group asking them if they have any info on my withdrawal and explained that i put it in on feb 20 and im still waiting, and that i had been approved long ago, And that i had on feb 21 sent in my ewallet info in a email, as this was not my means of deposit and you cant withdraw with instadebit, so lets see how long it takes for a response on this.
