I do not know what to make of this but the other week I followed the bonuses in this casino. Bonus one said play this then followed with to play the next one and in the next one you play that and you will be V.I.P. I played them and still not V.I.P I messaged with the casino a few times this week since there American customer service number no longer works. I get the same thing " we will bring your request to the manager" I state what request? this is what your bonuses said to do to be V.I.P Player. well I mailed them they never replied and went to the help chat again got the same thing" the manager will look in to it. They really do not want to be bothered with following up with this.I think they are a con casino who states anything on there bonuses so you play as they will not follow through with what the bonus package you played stated. This casinos should be called Irish con artists casino.

I think some of the Rivals play a little fast and loose with the term VIP. Lion's Slots awarded me VIP status on my very first deposit of $75. To my knowledge the only perk it awarded was allowing me to flush withdrawals. (when will they learn this should be standard practice given to all players?) As for Irish Luck, I made three deposits prior to uninstalling them. Never got my balance up above the initial deposit so out they went. But what a load of shite for them to offer this in a bonus no less and then fumble the ball. I will stay tuned to this thread to see how it all shakes out.

This casino seems to be getting worse by the day. First, they respond soooo slowly to your emails. On one occasion, they told me they had trouble over their 2 main email servers over a weekend. Then they suddenly started to pay slower than usual and if you asked them they would say that they require 5 business days for withdrawal and will query why you are even asking.

The bonuses are an absolute joke. 50x WRs (D+B) and the bonuses are not withdrawable. Definitely seems to be going downhill.

Thanks for your feedback. You know that is true about Irish Luck, the money you play hardly gets further then what you put in! And yes the Rivals are getting crazy. The cashbacks they give you, you have to play it through either 50 to 100 times before you can cash in LOL and you know cashing in on that would be a miracle! Some of the rivals casinos like pantasia and a few others are not that far away in the playthrough mulitpliers. Makes it impossible to cashin so I deleted them. I never heard back from Irish Luck so I will wait afew days and see what happens. I agree the casinos have really gone down hill.

I got a birthday bonus from them, 250%, don't recall the playthrough (it was huge), but what killed it for me was the max withdrawal: 1x my deposit!

Oops, sorry that was a typo, it was 1x the bonus :o. Still absolutely ridiculous, but not quite as bad as 1x the deposit.

True but a lot of Casinos will not even send you a happy birthday email let alone a bonus and something for nothing can never be called a bad deal.

That said I personally dislike Rival and most of their bonus WR's are very high but I know people here I trust that are happy with them.

It was a deposit bonus, so it wasn't for nothing. I would have risked my deposit for very little potential win. If I deposited $50 I would get a $125 non-withdrawable bonus, and be restricted to cash out max $125 for a potential net win of $75 after meeting a very large playthrough requirement.

 I did not realise that.
That really sucks then :D
Happy Birthday...SLAP! :p

Atleast they should be Honest and change the name to Irish con casino, the other casino has the name half right, " Simon Says" you can't win here!

Irish Con Casino has severe issues

I was just about to delete them from my computer but I looked in there first to see if I had left any money in there. I went in there and it said, 25 free no deposit. So I claimed it but when I claimed it, I did not get it and it said incident reference #767700 contact customer service. So I went to the help message and tell the woman suzy what happened. She says one moment and leaves for a bit. She finally comes back and said, where did you hear this from? we never offer free bonuses in here. I said yes you do go look at the reference number It gave me and go look in my account. I also went back to my account and all of a sudden it was gone. They truly are a con casino.

So they're a bunch of liars, too?

They gave me a $50ND bonus on my birthday --- even though I've never deposited there.

The way it sounds is that it was some sort of setup for later purposes...

I have no idea why they did this. But I am going to mail the rep of this casino.

Maybe a jury will answer this (not that I could not with proof) at the completion of the current civil litigation case, assuming "they're" means ILC and the alledged 4 Canadian owners of Rival Gaming and 8 additional Rival casinos through a complicated corporate structure.
