They are all using the same affiliate software:

Otherwise I can't see any similiarities between them.

Well VillaFortuna (Grand Prive) and Jbet (10% commission) have in common that they won't attract many affiliates.

It is MG's standard affiliate page layout, which programs can take to use. That's why it's similar looking for many different programs that really have no connection.
