Rival Dueces&Joker VP payout error?

Check the following screenshot and notice the top line. Should this not pay as 4 dueces instead of wild RF?

I never play this VP variant, but did today for a chance.

No, with deuces and joker, you have to receive 4 deuces to pay out for 4 deuces, instead of 3 deuces with the joker.

Getting 125 for 4 dueces seems a little cheap, especially since they are
harder to get compared to the dueces wild variations, due to the extra card.
Wonder how much it would change the payout% to have jokers substitute for dueces as well...

So the joker is actually not as good as a duece in the start hand.
