Slots plus and Vegas Online slow

Does anyone else experience problems with these Casinos regarding slow games?
The reels spin slowly and it is often as if I have a poor connection but my connection is good and my PC powerful and it is only these Two Casinos I have a problem at.
Maybe it is a server issue but CS said they had no problems?

Never mind I won't be playing there again.
First time I tried an RTG for ages since they started ripping me off on every deposit since my RJ win and they still suck.

I nearly died of boredom waiting for the reels to stop but maybe it is ploy to make you think you are getting more game than the pathetic returns you really get.

How can these Casinos be accredited anyway, they demanded doc's off me to close my account, Doh!
I didn't realise slotsplus was same group as Vegas online at first, bahh. Waste of money.

Yes slotsplus the slot games just spin and spin. I am waiting over a week now for a cashout and heard nothing back. Best i heard was contacting the affiliate i found here that said he would look into it for me.
