I did it to 2 of the rivals and those 2 now send the same email back to back within minutes apart from each other. Funny part is i never had these kind of offers from most of the rivals just sloto. So i take they are trying to grab the few they havent cut off till the end of the month. LOL
I will miss sloto was the only rival i did trust playing at here is hoping one day it changes back.
Maybe it was the other way round. The symptoms suggest that Rival central locked out all Canadian players, but individual casinos have not been told, or have been, but have yet to act on it by stopping the promos.
If Sloto have also followed the Bonne Chance herd, this supports this being a Rival decision, and not a casino one, since Sloto refused to play all the other "silly games" with the central database and p**s off it's players.
It shows a poor level of business acumen among Rival, since they are losing a big slice of the player base, and stand to lose the US players if the regulators continue to pursue enforcement of UIGEA. It also shows poor corporate organisation to have made such a dog's breakfast of this affair, rather than implement an orderly withdrawal from the Canadian market.
Markets where Rival are still accepting players are going to judge Rival on how they organise such things, although I suspect the biggest deterrent to players that use the forums is going to be this illogical "central database" that Rival uses.
