If it's your ISP's fault for your messages not getting through, then why not get together with clubworld and see if they'll allow you to open a GMAIL account to send your docs from?

RC, what is stopping you from being able to send in these documents via email?
It's not the content of the faxes, it's the quality that's in question.
Faxes are so out of date, I'm surprised anyone uses them anymore. The quality is plain horrible.
If you don't have a scanner, heck, just head over to Kinkos or a similar store, and have them scan the documents for you. I'm sure it'd cost less than $5 to do so.
And as for any messages not getting to CW, we've already suggested a resolution for that.
