I just wanted to state that im not bashing any R.T.G casino or reps on the forum, i just wanted to get input on how tight the slots are lately and some of the software glitches that still remain unchanged.

We are lucky to have some good R.T.G reps on Casonomeister, Emily, Louise, Tom, just to name a few, who answer our posts and all three of these folks have went above and beyond helping each of us that plays at their casinos.

i would hope that someone will talk to the R.T.G software peeps and have the glitches issues checked out for your loyal players........laurie

As good as these reps are, how are they are going to be able to keep players coming back only so long until there is no more players left to play..the shame of it is that they are very good reps and the slots are very bad of late..so, the bottom line is...how much are these reps worth in the long run in bad sessions?

well, there is must be a reason how RTG casinos can afford those huge bonuses that are in most cases not even cashable and then they have those huge random jackpots that they pay to not very random players as it seems.

they still must remain profitable, right?

    RTG

I agree, the reps at these casinos are indeed stellar. But what good is it if the slots never payout. What a waste.

I feel like things have really slowed down. Less people playing means less payouts. As bad as I have been doing lately, I still feel like I am getting a fair chance at inet. If I didn't I couldn't continue to play. Let's hope it turns around for all of us.

    hi

hi guys i don,t play at r.t.gs but do play alot on mg casinos and its not only r.t.gs that r tight but its also mg. i,ve had one cash-in and that was in dec for 1000$ on a x-mas bonus and i took only 600$ out wanted to leave some in to play on. but the one i play at most i have,nt won anything worth cashing out on they do give me lots of good bonus but what good is a bonus if you can,t win on anything you play. i,m almost to the point of trying some other casinos just to see if i can get a decent win at least something over 200$. weel i did,nt mean to derail this post just wanted all of you to know its just not r.t.g but i think maybe all of them have change things.

Besides the slots (classic slots) being too darn tight, those classics that are progressives, the amount those jackpots now are outrageous!!

Diamond Mine, nickel play, progressive (where I played) was over $560
    and still going up.

I don't recall exactly when, but I believe it was around October of
2005 (?), Staw released an update and the slots became horrible, then
the managers of the casinos could tweak them even tighter.

I still play them when I'm bored, but I believe being bored is better than
    being completely frustrated!

They can afford to give huge bonuses because they know in 90 % of the cases, their customers are never going to be able to fulfill them ! IT is so much harder to complete the wagering requirements on a RTG bonus thanit is an MG bonus its simply unreal. At least for me. As soon as i get within the last 25 % of the requirements the slots tighten up. No bonus rounds and very little wins and before i know it there isnt much left TO cash out. It happens almost every time. It simply Cant BE coincidence!!

I like RTG and I like some of the reps for RTG on this forum, but at the end of the day I remember now WHY Mg gets the vast majority of my deposits. No matter how good customer service or bonuses you are given with RTG, the one simple and most important reasons is I can WIN with MG. deposit after deposit after deposit with RTG and i can count on 2 fingers the winthdrawals ive been able to make. Compare it to deposits and i run out of toes and fingers. Its ridiculous!

There is a logical reason why RTG slots feels so tight. I know that the default configuration for the rapid fire jackpot videoslot are 94-94.5% payout and this is the setting most of the fair(paying) RTG casinos use.

This is not much below the Wagerworks/MG/3Dice/Rival 95%-96% payout. But it is not the whole explanation. It is because the rapid fire jackpot contribues 1.5% to the total payout% of the slots. So while the true payout is indeed 94-94.5%, the huge majority will never win a RJ and therefore they are playing a 92.5%-93% slot. And this is almost twice the house egde that the non-jackpot MG/WW/3Dice/Rival slot has.

The difference between a 96% slot and 92% are much more severe that it sounds. The 96% will give twice the expected playtime(twice the number of spins to hit something big), so this is basically my explanation for the players experience on RTG video-slots.

My results are consistent with this thread. Recently I played over $100 at .20 and .40 a spin and received 2 features but busted out in minutes.
