Me_and_Ed you were the second member that mailed me in one day regarding the payouts, I do agree the slots need work, I too would like to see free spin multipliers along with a better payout structure and bonus games. Obviously I have been talking to Topgame about this already and am confident that given some time our games and the slots in particular will become much better, its part of an ongoing process of improvement that ourselves and Topgame are very serious about. I am sorry that our slots do not measure up for the moment and that you had to wait for 24 min I really appreciate you for taking the time to inform me of this despite the negative experience.
Regarding the issue that Trezz raised. there was no fine print or anything hidden about our no deposit bonus. In december we ran with a $11+$44 = $55 bonus and this was shown clearly on the main banner of the website as well as on the promotions page and players were informed of this by support when asking for the bonus. We may not have the best software in the industry yet but I do pride myself on Thebes being an operation with transparent offers and no hidden clauses.
As for the 24 min wait, not much I can answer to that, its terrible and needs to be fixed. We already brought our own staff online and Topgame is currently finalising a move and increase of their support department which will hopefully avoid this kind of thing in future but right now yes we are still having some players experiencing delays and its not good enough.
I will keep you posted regarding further developments on any of the above issues and once again just want to say thank you to everyone who is taking the time to give their opinion and would ask others to do the same.
