ITV casino party gaming BIG RIP OFF

How about this for a money making racket?

Give 1.4 exchange on deposit and 1.65 on withdrawals 12.5% profit for nothing for the Casino before you even get to the house edge.

OK make sure you play in pounds and you will avoid that little con but try their poker tables.

    SitnGo upto $6=20% rake!

Want to run away? I did.

Cashout $25 charge $2.50! then add on the exchange rate con LOL and it is 20% more profit just for the customer to cashout.

ITV are One of the biggest independent broadcasters in the UK for those that do not know and were thought to be reputable.
Since then however they have been caught scamming people with competition phone ins on their TV channels and their Casino is no different apparently.

    Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Compared to other online casinos, a HUGE rip-off. 10% commission just to withdraw and then add the exchange rate. You cannot therefore even avoid rip-off fees by using the native currency for the casino, which since this is ITV, should be UK Pounds (no foreign exchange fees).

It is likely that this casino attracts those players who do not know any better, and are unaware that other perfectly reputable online casinos are available, and at far better rates. Intercasino also gets a fair bit of exposure on TV, and offers a far better deal, if not the best, for a UK player.

I got the same rubbish when trying to withdraw from them too (well it was Party) and I was not very happy. Sent a complaint but that got little response.

I just avoid them, it's the most power we have over the casino.

Complain to OFCOM, seems odd, but because a BROADCASTER is running and promoting the casino, is appropriate. OFCOM, and not the gambling commission, were the ones that investigated the quiz phone-in shows, which were effectively a lottery (draw from those on hold to participate).
OFCOM could refuse, but would find it hard to justify leaving a UK citizen with nowhere else to complain to, effectively having to admit that no regulation is governing ITV conduct in this respect. OFCOM could at least look into whether the product was being run or promoted fairly under UK broadcasting regulations, even if the casino itself was offshore (which you will probably find is the case).
