Help Plse

Ok so i hit a feature in clubworld on outofthisworld game. Here is my problem
Last spin i hit a 40 dollar line says win for feature is 55.64 yet the only amount i ever got added to my funds was a spin from earlier for 10 dollars. So live chat asks me to take a pic i tried that did not work im not sure what else to do if anyone could give me some help plse that would be great.

Do they have a tracking log so you can check past wagers and wins? It's been a while since I played there so can't remember if they have that option or not. If you haven't played anymore since that occurred, the win should still appear on the screen so you could take a screenshot and forward it on.

The problem you might find, which I've had happen before, is the casino reserves the right to void wagers/wins at their discretion, be it due to a technical error or whatever. But you don't suggest anything like this happened, so if you can't do any of the other options, get support to pass it on to their technical desk so they can review the last spins. If you are sure you hit that win I'd pursue it all the way.

Thanks Km this was so weird. I could not find the pic i took so i did take a pic with my camera. support said this would not be a issue with this pic as i moved the screen down to you could read the date time and also see the few shots i took of the rj moving up for the dates. This is where it gets weird. After i could not forward a pic i did have in my puter though i landed hitting spin in same game. Took the spin money then on second spin added my funds in from my feature win. So i did get it the funds its just real weird thats all.

Good to hear that it all got sorted. Makes online casino gambling a bit more fun anyway. You expect to lose, but then you win, only you don't, but in the end you do

Strange enough a few games later i landed the same problem. So grabbed camera took a pic. Went into a different game after a few spins in there it added the win from the other game in. I seem to find this weird for rtg anyone else having this problem?
