3Dice could teach a few of these casinos how to treat us

I must admit i haven't been able to make a deposit yet at 3dice since i got my puter fixed. But i must tell you they have a lot more going for them then some of these rtg and mg casinos the past while.
I will not disclose the rtg casino this applies to but the will prob be my last deposit to them for this factor. I did deposit took a bonus well played past a playthrough then later hit cashout for half the amount i had left and played the rest. Little to my surprise days went by the funds put back into play. Fine take out what little bonus you gave me but you couldnt put through the rest of the cashout. So yes my stupidity i started playing it i can still cashout and try again and wait. But why should I wait i have been a loyal customer deposit few times weekly. maybe if lucky cashouts every 6 7 weeks should i sit and wait for you to click that button.
Mg with your shaddy new bonus offers that just dont apply to all of us has me thinking also. How dare you offer and yes it is NOT the matter of 5 dollars its matter of why offer the bonus if your not going to give it out.

Why should these casinos not look at some of their loyal players and i mean us low rollers also not just high rollers. And say hey they deposit few times weekly never did a cashback. Never bothered customer service on how games played how they lost their deposits to us. Or even asked like i know many players have for free chips. We have their documents we know who they are lets offercashbacks done within few hours, maybe they will keep a few more players as it stands right now i'm seeing more and more players pulling out of online gaming.
If enzo's great team can do this maybe they should teach these rtg and mg how they operate.

As for the RTG, they do NOT have the authority to request a withdrawal on your behalf once they take the bonus money out.
They have to put the remainder back into your account after they take the bonus money out and you have to re-request your withdrawal over again.

Last week I made the same kind of deposit same bonus they did take the bonus money out and still put through the withdrawl.

It could of been a mistake that they put it through. Unless things have changed, which I doubt.
I believe we are referring to the same casino

so I just repeated what was told to me by the manager about why the money was put back.

when I get a bonus which is rare an yes we are talkin bout the right Club er I mean casino when I make a withdraw that has the bonus attached they just deduct it an proceed with the withdraw

say im withdrawing $100 on a $10 bonus I get $90 in my quicktender account

Thats odd

I must check into this again.
I wonder if could have anything to do with what withdrawal options we use?

Yes jas the last deposit was the same for me they took their bonus money out and sent me the rest. But if they ever returned it to my account their cs always sent off a email not this time and live chat no one ever answers it.
Makes you wonder they pulling out of canada also.

Only other thing I can think of is that the mistake was putting it back into the account and then they couldn't do the request on our behalf.

I had thought that also. Was around april last year when few of my deposit methods had changed their security features. And this rtg had emailed me when this happened. well to state the truth gave me a time to open live chat and talk with a manager. Boom they walked me through my security features on my deposit methods putting in the new codes i needed. And then few hours later i had my money in there and bonus chip. Not this time they didnt even respond.

Yup agree with you! I have been at 3dice around 3 weeks, really good CS and I have even cashed out more than 1 time which is rare for me lol. 3dice have alot going for em and MG casinos could certainly learn from the way this outfit is running things. Its a lotta fun even if I dont win every session.
