Casino Account Review Question ?

could anyone tell me please how a review is done on your casino account. Been playing at a casino since last May deposited thousands. Last week was told by staff member I should have an account review done, she kindly put in a ticket requesting this for me. A week or so later I asked about it and was give 50euro with a x5 wr on it, was bit shocked to say the least, having played thousands at this casino, shocked by the amount and even more shocked amount had a wr attached. But I'm not sure if this is right or wrong? should I have got an e-mail with breakdown of my review?.... I just dont know how this works at all so if anyone could enlighten me it would be great :notworthy
