Did anyone else do this promo? We were supposed to be credited tuesday but no email response (after 2 sent emails) and no bonus so far. So did I misunderstand?

Yes i had applied for mine also and never got it. Last time was the same issue the players just received emails saying sorry there was a problem with the bonus and it should be fixed shortly. This time there was nothing more said on it.

I don't try to get bonus' that I don't qualify for...this is certainly not my first rodeo.

My husband kept depositing until we got those bonus points up lol He was like a crazy person all excited thinking we were going to get some HUGE bonus. Now he wont let me deposit until he gets his darn bonus...they don't know how much they are missing.

its irritating when they don't respond ...not typical behavior of Belle...at least not for me.

We got our points up to over 400 AND had a $500 cashout so i'm not too disappointed. EXCEPT that we got it up to $800 and didnt cash out right away.

Yes my play was well over the 200 also. I just got another weird email from bellrock again. This one almost looks like it should of been sent out to new players. Each one of their casinos states a different bonus yet as we all know during that bonus time you can play at all their casinos but you must pick what casino you want a bonus from.
