    nothing new

    hi everyone wilomena here im new to casinomeister over the past few months have been trying out lots of sites and i found riverbelle the worst for false promises kept getting emails promising me bonuses and when i deposited money and went into live chat for the bonuses one staff member says yes we will put it through for u now a while later its not there so i go back into live chat cant get to the person i was originally chatting to and next staff member says not entitled to it. this has happened alot with them and i would not play on there sites again too many false promises

    Given up on bellerock as well. Jackpot city promotions are not worth the paper their written on, last 2 have failed to work properley, not only that but I havent seen their slots play well in a LONG long time. Comapare them to the Palace Group and they are blown completely out of the water and 5 miles inland. They have seen the last deposit of me.

    I appreciate you looking into this matter. It is not like Belle Rock to just ignore our emails ....I will give you that BUT this double your income promo is VERY misleading to say the least.

    Erm how long does it take for a rep to come back? he picks up the phone he calls head ofice he says `What the **** is going on? He finds out he comes back` jeez if i behaved like this with MY customers in my my business i wouldnt have many for long.

    Well i think for a few weeks its easier just not to deposit at least that is my method right now. Tired of problems with games running casino crashing lack of customer support. Then the offers that arent really offers at all. Let me know wanda how it works out for you.

    Sadly, these constant promises are wearing thin. This has been an ongoing, if intermittent, problem with BelleRock for YEARS!!!!

    I recall threads from way back detailing these same problems, CS ignoring emails or taking days or weeks to reply, automated codes/bonuses not working, software screw-ups (which as an operator you should be taking up with MGS in a most FORCEFUL manner). Now, yet another thread has erupted because enough players have experienced these problems to get the proverbial snowball rolling.
    Misleading promotions is another problem, if a player is offered 200%, it is quite clear, 200% is 200%, and if CS claim it means 100% then the original offer was beyond merely misleading. If CS were wrong, where was the route of appeal? It seems CS can be wrong, but players have no way to appeal this unless they know of this site because CS are so sure they are correct they will not even consider the possibility that they are not.

    In the end, BelleRock lose existing players, and have to rely on new players, with the high costs of attracting them, and the danger they will not stick around long.

    I have long since ditched the original BelleRock casinos because nothing seemed to work with any degree of reliability, and it was hit & miss with CS responding to emails and/or rectifying the issues.

    I have still played at King Neptunes, but I want to know one thing, how long is "shortly". King Neptunes is STILL unavailable for the auction game, and there is STILL no integration with the lobby and the weekly promotions - and this is after TWO YEARS!!!!!!
    These are hit & miss too, send an email with CASHVILLE to register one week, and another slot another, and wager 55 credits. One week I get a return email confirming I have been registered, and another week I do not - complete lack of consistency.
