Oh and just an update on Belle Rocks customer service...I started emailing them Tuesday, kyle called them on Wednesday & could not understand the person except that he thinks she said someone would get back with us. Its Saturday and not even as much as an automated response has happened...has there been a change in management?

The craziest thing is that YESTERDAY we received another invite to do the SAME PROMOTION (on a different day as you will see below)...COME ON BELLE GET YOUR CHIT TOGETHER!!! Yes i got my email also. Well will see what happens with this one. Strange part is they also sent another promotional email before it for a bonus so im wondering if you take the bonus out, it might make that mystery bonus void.
Im finding the casino dead today anyways so im not sure it matters for me.

Still no answer via email and no bonus. I dont know how they are getting away with this. It would be different if it were just a "gift" bonus. But these f-tards make you EARN it and then don't give you what they made you fight for. So most people who are close to having 200 points WILL make a deposit & they know it.

They offered it to me again and I wrote them and asked if they are out of their minds...they never responded to that either.

I don't like to piss & moan but I don't like being played by a place I have been loyal to for so many YEARS.

Again, this throws up a red flag...why would I ever make another deposit there?

Awww I SO know how you feel. Seems like so many hit the rogue list and I was comfortable for YEARS w/ Belle Rock...I'm heartbroken.

They actually put $10 in our account yesterday...still never answered our emails and THAT is just a red flag to me...why would I put my hard earned money in a casino that takes weeks to respond to emails OR never responds???

$10...WOW how "AMAZING" It only took about $200 to earn it.

Unreal im not sure why they start that email off with - Double your income deposit, and a surprise bonus will be in your account on tues. We all know you can't make a 5 dollar deposit to double to 10. So where did they get the 10 from they gave you. I didn't even bother im so fed up with rtg and mg the way the games are running past few weeks. The disconnections the lagging the lack of support and the emails with codes that don't work. Makes you wonder if they think any of us players have any integrity whatsoever.
