Birthday Bonuses

My birthday was last week, and thought I would share my experience.

Would you request a birthday bonus from a casino that you are a regular player at?

I deposited 5 figures at Vegas Casino Online in the past year as well as smaller amounts at the other Main Street properties, and did not even get an email much less a bonus of any kind. Now I will say that they have been generous in regularly giving me free chips (as well they should with RTG's thievery), but to not even get a birthday bonus or email really irritated me. So I contacted support and was pretty blunt>>>> am I getting a birthday bonus or WHAT? Well they did credit me one (thanks the forty bucks lasted about 5minutes), but I was still left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Interestingly, I have not deposited a dime at any of the Casino Rewards group for at least 3 years, yet they continue to send me $50 each year for my birthday

That sucks so it's only natural that you dont give them a dime of your money. As for casino rewards, once you start depositing you get nothing. If you dont deposit, they give you free chips once in a while to lure you back.
