    Thumbs up Louise at Rushmore Casino, Thank You!

    Since everyone usually only posts when they have bad experiences with casinos, I figured I would start a thread giving praise to Louise from Rushmore Casino. I have had more than my share of losing large amounts of money, being stiffed completely, and waiting forever to get paid. I was starting to get disgusted with every casino, felt this industry was never going to get any better, and was seriously considering quitting altogether.

    Then I signed up at Rushmore. I lost my first deposit of $100 plus the SUB. Yesterday, Saturday, I went back in, deposited $50 and took a 50% bonus. I met the WR's, and had my account up to over 1400.00. Normally, I would NEVER cash out such a small amount of money, but I decided I was going to break my bad streak and take the win. I tried to withdraw, but received a message regarding the Faxback Form. I called support, they told me to print out the form, and fax it back to them with my documents. I did as instructed, and after I sent the fax, I called to make sure they could read the numbers on my visa card (silver numbers, on a silver card...brilliant card designers..lol). Louise was the person who answered the phone when I made this second call. With me on the phone, she went through my documents, said they were approved, and I could go ahead with my withdrawal. She also stated she would keep an eye on my account and try to credit me as quickly as possible.

    I did my withdrawal, using "usemywallet", and the money was in my Quicktender account within SIX MINUTES!!! I am playing online for a long time, and have never experienced such outstanding support ever!!!

    I have read other posts where people were also paid very fast with Louise's help. This Lady is the breath of fresh of air this industry desperately needs. I suggest other casinos take heed, and learn from her on how to take care of your players. By the way, did I tell you I did the withdrawal at 7pm my time, and it was 2am Louise's time! She was still in the office working, and was going to be there for at least 3 more hours verifying documents.

    LOUISE, I APPLAUD YOUR DEDICATION TO THIS INDUSTRY. YOU ARE AN AMAZING LADY. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO HELPFUL AND KIND. YOU HAVE RESTORED MY FAITH IN ONLINE CASINOS, AND WILL BE A LOYAL PLAYER OF RUSHMORE, CHERRY, AND OASIS FOR A LONG TIME TO COME. KUDOS LOUISE!

    It is a nice change isnt it, this is a biggy for me the casino host really needs to look after there clientel, we have seen the positives from 3dice how they handle there clients, to me it's a win-win situation really, we are going to play at the casino that treats us the best, that's a given isnt it???.

    Thank you Lousie for being a cut above the rest in this evil online casino world. Your managers need to come here and just take 5 minutes to read and see all it takes is a few sentances to keep us informed and happy, kudos to you Louise.ot to mention the quick approval for all of our ID and the payouts.. thats one of the main ones for all of us and you have addressed it and are supporting us.

    is there any way we could get a hold of your managers to let them know what your doing for us??.

    Long time ago I was in a chinese restaurant and there was a sign that says
    "Confucius says if food bad tell me , if food good tell others"
    No doubt Louise is doing an excellent job for her company..So many of us here cannot be that wrong. After reading complaints about other casino, I think in fairness then IF one ever has a complain against rushmore, cherry red or Slots Oasis, I would suggest we go to Louise before blabbing it here at the forum(if food bad tell me" )...but since the food is good , you have sone the right thing by posting here BRAVO!!
    Perhaps we are doinf ourselves a disservice here,,,What if management gets wind of her excellent work and promote her and we lose her as a rep lol

    As aside , I am not a slot player..but because of Louise i dump a few bucks everyweekend at Slots oasis taking advantage of the bonuses and I do have fun since it last a long time and am mesmerized by the spinning watching the fifth reels anxiously for that 3rd scatter of course it never happens . I have expaained to Louise why i wont play Video Poker there but that is besides the point..I have not sent in any docyments as I usually do before I start playing at any casino(takinmg CM's advise) as i am confident that in case of a huge win wihich I doubt there will always be Louise to get it going

    Well obviously I have a lot of time since its just 6:30 am , hence my babbling but one last WTG lOUISE

    Louise is awesome, for all the reasons stated above.

    She is one of the main reasons that the Rushmore group are my RTG casinos of choice these days.

    Keep up the great work - its so refreshing to be treated like valued customers instead of an account number.

    Such a shame that so many of our suggestions for a new award for Best New Casino Rep on the forum didn't go through this year. I'm sure Louise would of won it hands down

    I agree

    Rushmore, cherry red and so on, really show how this industry should be run. They really need to feel that they are doing the right thing. Payments paid promptly(as stated). Docs received and verifyed within hours and really good bonuses. Bonuses that can easily compete with those rouge casinos out there.

    Im a happy customer not because i have won, infact i am down on my money but the customer service makes up for it.

    Only part of a year, so maybe next year.

    Although I have yet to have a withdrawal from Cherry Red, Louise okayed my docs in advance, authorized my credit card for deposits, and lit a fire under someone's arse when they failed to respond to an email.

    Louise, you work way too hard...your bosses should pay you more.

    Louise is extremely helpful and able to get things done when you need assistance. She has helped me twice and her help was virtually immediate.

    I was also assisted by screen name JADE. I don't know if Louise took this persons place on the forum.

    Does anyone know?
