Let's put this in terms of a fairly "quantifiable" game, video poker.

Quarter machine, $1.25 a hand. If you hit a royal flush, that's $1000. If you're playingsome variant with a high second-tier hit (quad aces, quads w/ kicker), then those may be around a $500 win.

These are big wins, and they are very rare.. I think even "professionals" only get a couple of royals per year.

I've gotten one royal flush in my life. I think my biggest ever win on a slot was about 150-to-1.

I do tend to think the players that bet $20 per spin on a slot don't really post many winning screenshots...when they do win one, it is is just a recoup of losses. Or they are more private about their gambling than I am. And the time to paste and copy a screenshot cuts into gambling time.

Mind you, I think most of mine are just that too.

I've been going to B&M's for over a decade steadily...there are not that many players that play at those stakes on slots. $15, sure, but not $100 or $125

I guess I am going to have to go back to playing video poker at my bingo sites. On 5 dollar a hand bets I have won 3 royal flushes in 2 years at 4000 each. I have won nothing big playing at online casinos. In fact, in a year, I have only cashed out a thousand twice and 500 once. I just enjoy slots more, but I guess I have to rethink, because slots have not been good to me. Thanks for all the info I gathered from this thread.
