Hi there,

today I signed up at river belle because I saw their first deposit offer of 100% and wanted to try out another microgaming casino.

However it has been 5 hours since my first deposit, and I still did not get my bonus. If I deposit (with cc) I want to play at that moment, and not up to 48 hours later as I read in the terms. I did read these kind of things before but normally it does not take hours to recieve a bonus. Why is is taking so long??

I did not even recieve a welcoming e-mail with my account information. Now that had NEVER happened and I signed up at quite a lot casino's.

Also read that the message "recieve a 100% bonus on your first deposit" keeps on popping up long after you recieved this or made a deposit already suggesting that you still get a bonus on your next deposit. Which you DO NOT get.

I think this all might indicate their service is very poor and makes me wonder if I get my money if I might win.. Or maybe the question would be if I get it within a year What are your thoughts about this casino?

I did do that and I was told by the operator she claimed my bonus manually for me. I still don't know why that would be necessary but ok... However I'm still waiting for it now.
