I am trying to make a neteller deposit, there is no live support and a reply to a email takes up to 24 hours.

I had a similar problem when they opened, and the webbet rep here tried to help me out but I had already uninstalled after waiting weeks for a solution from support. Looks like it still hasnt been fixed properly.

My problem was that I couldnt deposit in EUR - my neteller account is in USD but that usually isnt a problem (they dont take USD btw which is why I chose EUR)

You could try contacting 'WEBBET LTD' rep on here (Frank is his name - nice chap)

Hi pmhcfc and everyone else, i reboot the casino for the second time and my account number was already entered into the text field and it worked.

Must take 10 mins or so to configure after signing up a new account.
