Betfair gave me a withdrawable £25 for free

I logged into my Betfair account, about to deposit some money in as there shouldn't of been anything in there at all and to my surprise there's £25.00. I have been a registered user for about 3 weeks now and I've got no idea what it's for. I looked at my account statement and it just said:

674 - XCR001 Welcome VIP promotion ADJ43

I've googled it and couldn't find anything.
Can anyone shed some light on to what it's for exactly?

It could be a sign up bonus as you said you have only been a member there for 3 weeks, It has VIP attached to it so it could be a mailer for there VIP clients and got to you by mistake which in that case you will need to contact customer support and they will let you know.

The best bet is to contact them before you touch it, see what it is for and if it wasnt meant for you maybe they will let you keep it as a goodwill gesture or something.
