Bet 365 Casino Good customer service

This is my first post here and having read some horror stories on here I thought it only fair to share my experience with bet 365 which turned out a positive one. I am a casual fun player not a bonus hunter.

I had used bet 365 casino at various times over the last 2 years buit hadnt logged in for a while. New Years Eve I thought I would log in for a few games of blackjack. I did this and deposited £100 to play blackjack with. When I made the deposit it added a £20 bonus to my funds , I knew nothing of this bonus or why it was added so just thought it must have been some kind of welcome back Xmas gift. Anyway I proceeded to play blackjack getting my total balance to just over £250 after about an hour and thought it would be a good time to stop and withdraw.

I went to cashier to withdraw and it said I could not withdraw as I had not fulfilled my bonus requirement. I thought hang on,I never asked for a bonus you just gave it and I never touched it when playing.


Then I rememebered some of the horroor stories I read on here about casinio problems and thought oh no this will be a problem.

NO such problem at bet 365 though, I explained to the guy in Live Chat what had happened ....he was very freindly, he had the bonus removed from my account and made the rest of the funds available to withdraw.

I withdrew and 2 days later the money has cleared in my bank account.

I just thought I would share this as it is an example of good customer care.....not withstanding the fact that casinos should not add bonuses onto yourr account without asking you and then expect you to play games you dont want to play.

Anyway a happy ending to this tale

not withstanding the fact that you should ensure that only the amount u deposit turns up in your balance!

but yes there should really be at least some kind of prompt alerting to the fact you have a bonus, especially if it locks your funds away.

Fair play to Bet365 for doing that, it's nice to hear of good customer service for a change

I'm sure we all know of various casinos that would not be so kind, and FORCE you to meet the bonus requirement, whatever it might of been.

One of my mates has just started working for them here in Australia, he is a bookie with them and has given me good stories so far about them.

Unless i read more good stories about them, I don't think to give them a chance again. But thanks for sharing it.
