Very bad indeed, one of these is the general support desk, this Email should NEVER be down WITHOUT FULL EXPLANATION so that players are kept informed of any technical issues.

Do they have a phone number?

If they do, try this, if it just rings and rings, then it is probably a worst case scenario. If support are there, then it is probably a technical screw-up, albeit a major one.

The problem is that severe damage can result from this kind of problem, as the errors imply the owner of the Email account has simply done a runner, with the delivery errors created by a failure to maintain the account (too full, email server disconnected) - the most obvious conclusion to jump to is that they have gone bust, but as this is MG, this can be tested by going to the deposit screen, as if there is even the slightest whiff of them going under, MGS will yank their licence as they did with Casino Action, and this shows itself by an error when trying to deposit. All deposit options will be disabled, and the player told to "contact support". MGS do this mainly because they offer an assurance that players WILL be paid if any MG casino goes bust, hence MG are taking action for self interest, as well as for players.

    They have two other contact methods;

1- live chat...........already tryed that, you stay on hold for a very very....very long time.I just disconnected after 30 minutes

2- If you go to the casino banking area and press the "contact us" button , i only get three countrys listed , Canada, uk and somewhere else i can't remeber off hand.

Wait ..................Canada?????................ i am in canada............ohoh one problem..........NO NUMBER ...........Just three country's listed and NO PHONE NUMBERS ...........like this

    Canada:
    Uk:
    poland:

Goto the web page and get an oversea's number and i call that and it rings busy every time

I am starting to think this maybe another new casino with some weak support

Maybe just mabe this "nedplay" is not a good casino

Well at least i got paid from "gowild" and i am only currently getting screwed by "nedplay"

Seems like "mg" casino's are just throwing licences to anybody these days

    Checked out from the EULA.
A bit more OT, I just think that players seem to have too much trust in MG.
Hopefully kassiap will be paid, the lack of communication channel(s) is quite worrying tough.

As the post above indicates, as far as I am aware it's not written down anywhere that MG will step in. Publically at least. In the past to the best of my knowledge whenever an MG casino has gone down or been taken over, players have been paid and the general assumption is that MG take steps to ensure this is a condition of any buy-out. Presumably to protect their own rep as much as anything.

To be honest, I think almost 100% of the time any MG casino that goes under will get bought out as it will have a history and database worth acquiring. And most MG's are part of bigger groups anyhow so most go through scaling down.

Quite how that sits now they have pulled out of the US though, who knows. Guess we'll find out in time.

Probably true for casinos. Players dont tend to keep high balances for longer times and the customer base probably is quite valuable.

Poker is a different thing tough. Im mainly thinking about the TUSK skins (MPP). MG pretty much said that they wont cover any player balances, the issue has gotten so little publicity that they probably dont think its worth it (just speculating). The company is still in liquadation so its not yet time for any final words.
Theres a long thread over at 2+2 for those interested.

So one can assume that MG would step up if they deem its worth it in regards of the publicity, negative or positive depending on the action taken.

It's late here (actually early but another 8am to bed for me) so sorry for not adding the direct quote.

Someone (I think VWM) added that there has been a large influx of MG casinos. Which from memory seems to be the case lately.

I also recall that before (pre- 2003?) new MG casinos did not receive all games to start with. They had to (for want of a better description) earn their trust (maybe) to be granted use of all games.

Maybe this turning point, has been a negative attributing factor in the compliance protocols that MG one used to sift through all applications for MG licenses

All I know is there have a been a couple of shoddy MG operations crop up in their history. This latest one seems to be yet another, which follows in quick step from GoWild!

    Cheers
    T

After all this time they finally have pissed me off enough that i will post how this sort of ended.

    I NEED TO ADD IF YOU ONLY READ THIS PART;

I NEVER GOT PAID AFTER 3 WEEKS OF PROMISES AND ONLY 350$ OWED

So back to this long drawn out story.

After i had posted about the email always bouncing i got a email the next day from someone named "Michael Robbins" He claimed he was one of the owners and was sorry for the mixup. He asked if he could call me at home.I said "sure" and 1 hour went by and he then emailed me again and said since there was a block on my phone that does not allow blocked numbers he could not call???

I then gave him my cell and he called. We spoke for about 20 minutes and he promised me the world. He said he would like me to do work for the casino since they have no one in Canada i would do something ,although i was never really sure what.

He also said he would give me extra money on top of my withdraw for having to wait,he said they were just doing there soft opening and the real launch was in Feb sometime. So i would have to excuse there messiness.

All this sounded really really good and of course i bought all this and sat around with my thumb up my butt for 11 days and still no bank wire.I have now emailed him 8 times in 6 days and no response back.I am not sure what it means but if they are screwing me for 350 measly dollars imagine if someone did win alot of money.

Below i am going to post all his emails he sent me so you can see what a smooth scammer this guy is.

Also he had said that their processor was in Africa....is that a normal place for a casino processor to be?He also claims to know some people from around here he said he met at some convention and was told once his casino is off and running they will acredite his casino.......Not sure if that is true either

    Anyway here are his emails;

    1-Hello ,

I just saw your mail. As you can see we have changed our mail server to solve any problems in the future.

My message went out before I got your message.

It would be perfect if I can contact you in order to service you.

    Sincerely,

    Michael Robbins
    Player Manager

    2-Hello ,

I tried to call you but this number does not accept shielded numbers.

We have a phone system that does not send an identifier.

Earlier today I tried to get in touch with you with the following # 1-780

May I try to reach you there?

    Michael Robbins
    Player manager

3-I will try to call you in an hour.

Thank you for giving me this opportunity, I really appreciate this.

    Sincerely,

    Michael Robbins
    Player Manager

4-This one was dated JAN 21

    Hello,

    How are you?

I left you a message (too long for your voice-mail) on the 387 number. Please note that your money should reach you within 48 hours.

For the inconvenience that comes with this delay, I have credited your account with a bonus.
We also applied for a toll free support line for Canada so you (and other players) can contact us by phone.

If there is anything I can do for you please let me know.

I am looking forward to hear from you!

    Kind Regards,

5- This one was on jan 23

    Hello ,

Thank you for your mail. I can guarantee you that I personally ensured that this wire went out. I even made several phone calls with our payment processor and they even knew your name, so you must have won a lot lately .

I am really happy with your support and makes me realize what it's all for!

    Thanks again.

    Kind regards,

    Michael

I though that him being nosy about my winnings lately was a little creepy

So that was the last email i recieved from him and here we are.So if any of you are planning to try this place out ...maybe think twice because they seem like another group out there (rtg group) talk all sweet and smooth and then just hope you will go away so they can keep scamming people.

Also curious if "Max" or "Bryan" or anyone from here really knows this guy like he claims?

    Thats all for now
