    My upsetting 3Dice experience

    So here's the story:

    I was talking to Enzo about 3dice, won a couple of his birthday bonuses, and had gotten up to $49.00 in my account. Played it down, logged of to go to lunch.

    I log back on, the chatroom pops up, and informs me I am banned. I was very confused. Banned? What did I do?

    So I log onto 3Dice's live chat support. Unfortunately I did not think to save the chat log. It was a brief chat; Anna told me she would get back to me via email. This was Tuesday, early morning.

    I waited quite a few hours for Anna's email, but got nothing. I also PM'd Enzo hoping for some information, but he did not reply.

    So at 6:34pm EST I logged back onto the chatroom, and conversed with Karen. This is the chat:

    Me: Can you tell me why I am banned from chat??
    You are now speaking with karen of Support.
    karen: hello
    karen: i dont know why
    Me: Hi Karen, can you tell me why I am banned from the chat client? Anna said she would email me but never did. =\
    karen: so you have talked to her then?
    Me: She said she didnt know and would email me soon.
    She never did.
    karen: maybe you could email her at supportteam@3dice.com
    karen: she just left for the day and wont be back until tomorrow
    Me: Well I was hoping you could shed some light on this.. I dont understand why I am banned
    karen: i really dont know so it would be best to talk to her
    Me: So you've never heard of someone being banned from the chat client>?
    karen: yes we do ban people from chat
    karen: for various reasons
    karen: i'd suggest talking to her
    Me: She didnt know though. Is there some way YOU could find out?
    karen: i'm sorry you wil have to talk to her
    Me: Are you even listening to me?
    Me: I'm trying to find out why I am banned from the chat client. Why does it have to be her I talk to?
    karen: thats the procedure..you will need to talk to anna
    Me: Why Anna?
    karen: because she is the floor manager
    Me: Well could you send her an email or leave her a note reminding her to get back to me? Because she didn't do what she said she would do.
    karen: i will leave a note for her to contact you
    Me: Thank you.
    karen: have a good night!

    Okay, fine. I went to bed. At 10am I logged on to my mail, and still no response. So I logged back on to the chatroom at 1015am, and low and behold I was connected with Anna herself.

    Me: No response from you guys...
    You are now speaking with Anna of Support.
    Anna: hello Kyle
    Me: Hi Anna, I think I know what I'm here about, lol.
    Me: yes the reason for witch you are banned from 3 Dice chat is that you have bee rude to our customers
    Me: Please show me evidence of being rude? I've always had fun in the chat.
    Anna: yes and never complained??
    Anna: and been rude to any other customers??
    Anna: or in some ocasions to some of our staff?
    Me: Can you rephrase please..
    Me: I was wishing Enzo a happy birthday, talking to him privately, and the next thing I know I am banned.
    Me: So I dont know how I was being rude.
    Anna: well we will have a support meeting soon and this will be disscussed...and we will decide if you will continue to be banned ..or not
    Anna: i will let you know in an email
    Anna: next week
    Me: Anna, I have asked you for evidence, and you have avoided the question.
    Anna: i will show the "evidence " if it will be the case Kyle
    Anna: that is if your account will continue to be bannes
    Anna:
    like i told you there will be a meeting sometimes next week and we will decide weather you will be back on or not
    Me: So you cannot provide me justification as to why I am banned.
    Anna: i did not said that
    Anna: in the mean time you will be able to enjoy our free tournaments of course
    Me: Well, I will be expecting an email from you then. I would appreciate it if Enzo could personally email me about this matter.
    Anna: I will inform Enzo about this matter for sure
    Me: Thank you, goodbye.
    Anna: have a good day and Happy New year

    Am I being out of line by saying I think this is a little bit of c-r-a-p? All the smiley's in the world could not help her in this situation, I thought she avoided the question as much as possible, plus the fact that English is clearly not her first language just made things more difficult. (The fact that a company lets their employees type like that IMO is atrocious, but I suppose that's for another thread).

    So now I am waiting for their next email... Thoughts?

All the smiley's in the world could not help her in this situation, I thought she avoided the question as much as possible, plus the fact that English is clearly not her first language just made things more difficult. (The fact that a company let's their employees type like that IMO is atrocious, but I suppose that's for another thread).

    Most of the bans are not permanent, unless you were way out of line. They dont ban people too easily so you must of said something to someone OR mentioned another casino. In the 2 1/2 years Ive been there, Ive only seen a handful of bans, most were temporary

    Try and think back if you said one of the following:

    Curse in a negative way...I dont mean saying "holy shit" if you hit big, like calling someone a name or saying the F word towards someone

    Asking for money or tc's: This is another way to get banned, your not allowed to ask for money or tc's from non friends ie...someone hits in real and you really dont know them well and you pm them. (yes , this does happen lol)
    Asking a friend is ok, that happens alot with the $5-$10 back and forth

    Name Calling: Maybe someone was whining or maybe you kept losing tournaments and accused someone of winning when they shouldnt be or saying the tournaments are rigged or maybe telling someone they shouldnt be playing because they just won one. Lots of ppl do that every now and then but if you continue to say it to someone its considered harrassment of another depositing player

    Other Casino: Telling people that you just hit somewhere else or showing screenshots of other casino hits on chat. Ive seen that happen LOL. Showing links to other casinos

    This is just what Ive seen from being on chat. Im not claiming this is written anywhere or that you did any of these things.

    I would never swear in that way or be rude to others like that, nor have I ever bragged about wins at other casinos or begged for money..

    You're obviously not a 'High Roller' there Mr Kidd - which doesn't help your situation. That's just the way 3 Dice work - despite what 3 Dice claim, 'High Rollers' ARE treated very differently.

    As to looking for people's thoughts here re your situation, there's a band of Enzo followers who back him, 3 Dice and their CS to the hilt, no matter what they've done wrong, so I'm afraid you won't receive much in the way of support for your predicament.

    In my experience Anna can be curt and rude whilst at the same time splashing the page with unappropriate smileys, but then again I wasn't a High Roller there either.

    In my humble opinion, you're obviously not that a valuable a player to them Mr Kidd, so ask yourself one or two questions. I'm sure you can come up with the answers

    Ok...i might get totally banned now. But theres a limit to how much i think someone can do ,with no reason, as far as i see it.

    First of all. I dont think they treat users different no matter how much you deposit. I know for a fact that there are many that think they get just what anyone else gets, even if they are "low rollers". BUT, you cant expect to deposit $20 and get as much as someone that deposits $2000. NO casino would do that, so thats not strange.

    Sec thing, you left 3dice all by your self...after losing a $50 tourney against me!!!!
    And now i see you bash them in every thread you possible can. This aint right!
    It was a tourney, and since im a deposit player i have the right to play the tourneys just as anyone else. Just as you. But it was a tourney you lost!

    So tell me. Does that really give you the right to bash them? To post things that they are so bad?

    I really didnt want to post this but as i said. I think its totally out of line to bash a casino for a tourney lose.

    I am quite surprised of the developments. IMO Anna an ENzo should just give Kidd the reason or incident that led to the ban. However, I disagree that this is a high-roller issue. Furthermore, what will the casino gain from banning a player from live chat. Nothing and actually they will have everything to lose as this only irritates the customer.

    As for Anna, I cant see where her English is poor. Sure, she did not address the problem by relating to the incident(s) but she did try to provide a solution by stating that the lifting of the ban or otherwise will be discussed so why pick on her language abilities.

    Why don't you start a thread to get the opinion of other cm members on what happened to you ? You don't believe me when I tell you high-rollers play in our tournaments, you don't believe me when I explain the commonly used strategies, yet you nominate 3Dice for worse casino because you lost a tournament .. I think some other opinions would be useful ..
