    Littlewoods down the pan?

[NB not a complaint as such! just wondering if anyone else is having as much trouble as me?]

This used to be a fine quiet outlet, a decent £25 a month, good games, and good for a poke every now and again. But since their new software... it's been terrible! for me anyway. it seems every time i deposit something goes wrong, and i have to contact their C/S (thank goodness they now have live chat. without that i would have left long ago). i think it could well be to do with the fact that they try to credit GBP bonuses in USD, so a £50 bonus turns out to be £49, etc etc. Ok there's live chat (good) but the people didn't really seem too pleasant (bad) at least not the last time anyway.
It's just very frustrating that every time I try and play there i have to faff about! Is it like this for other people too? And before someone suggests.. maybe I will stop playing here!

And just to stop this being a 'moan moan we all hate casinos' post, ill think on some good ones....

Virgin - still ticking along! never had a problem really. Except once, they debited my card 2ce and bonged my limit! gave me cash back tho, which was nice.

Paddy power - always a fave. Until Recently! what an abuse of the word "Regular", especially when connected to "monthly bonus"
nah jus kiddin, its still fine, even if they do have liberal definitions

    Intercasinos - always good!

For whatever business reasons, Littlewoods decided to leave the Cryptologic family and switch software. I'm sure most of their players aren't too bothered by it, but for those who are, the solution is simple. If you liked the casino and the games, simply switch to one of the Intercasinos (pound/dollar/euro).

I bet if you send LW and Inter an email saying why you've switched, you'll get a form letter from LW and a nice bonus from Inter

In spite of all the (valid) complaints about software, games, bonuses, and marketing, somehow 888 seems to make a s$%*load of money. I wish I could turn mediocre into money at will

Probably make the majority of it from all the advertising they do, see them everywhere.

Quite, used to see them in front of me every time I took a p*** at the Motorway services. Not sure whether it was supposed to be an advert or a challenge (target).
At the moment, it is that Road Angel camera detector - the one that tells you when it is safe to exceed the speed limit, I expect 888 to be back in the new year, may even see Littlewoods

well, they've managed to sort this latest debacle out as well.

came down to the fact that they're changing the T&C of their december bonus run every 5 mins! so today its register once for everything and the next its climb kilamanjaro and sacrifice a sacred goat.

    or something like that.....

ps What if 888 were in charge of our banks?! oh no wait, the people who failed to get into 888 got that job already...

My understanding is that the 888 software has still many bugs and crashes often. I don't understand why any casino would wanto to change to 888 software from Cryptologic.

There's only about 2 games on that software as well.

who on earth would play there by choice?

if i had random money to lose i would NEVER go there.
