3Dice connection problems

Hi i am having problems with logging in to 3dice when i try to log in it is just saying unable to connect server error but it lets me go onto the 3dice chatroom but now this is playing up and saying number is not an integer (screenshot below) anna is trying to help but now i cant get on to speak to her has anyone else here experienced it and knows how to fix it.

You get that error message when the person you are chatting with is invisible. This happens to me all the time with enzo and anna when they are in invisible mode. Its nothing on your end (that integer number thingy)

As far as the connection goes. I can tell you what it is if you have the same problem I sometimes run in to. Tell me if this is you: You are in a tourny and you get free spins, all of a sudden you get a connection error and the free spins start all over again. It just doesnt happen once but a few times? By the time you fix it, your free spins are lost. If this is you....ITs not 3dice and its not you. There's a middle person that goes from you to this middle host then to 3 dice. SOmetimes it is 3dice but in THIS particular case it isnt. It will last anywhere from 2-4 days (usually in 3 day spurts). It doesnt get resolved until people complain to the middle host and he fixes it. When this does happen, its usually people from the same area. Betsy and I live just a couple of hours apart and when it happens to me it happens to her but noone else and when it happens to Clayton overseas, it doesnt happen to me or betsy

No it wont even let me start a tourney it just beings up the reels then its says unable to connect to server error code 0*012 just wouldnt let me play any games at all then when anna suggested i re install the casino it is now not even letting me log in to the casino but it lets me onto the chatroom something to do with they are on different servers its driving me up the wall anna is going to get enzo to try sort it out just thought id try here as sure will be something quick to fix

I used to get that same error as your screenshot for MONTHS when I tried to log in under tourney or fun so I quit . Haven't tried to log in for a long time now in the fun or tourney mode. Just got tired of it and there was no help to be had ..I tried help but they didn't know either..Hopefully they can get it fixed for others...
