RTG confused about a few things

ok when I make a withdraw say at Club USA an Bodog when I played there
they took the withdraw right out of my account an I could redeposit where as at Cherry Red it sits there for a few days an will not let you use the deposit option it forces you to reverse your withdraw which I won't do that
So why do ya'll do it this way???? If they can move it an process it right away why can't ya'll?

Also I played the $2 for a long time an my comp points did not move at all why is that??

Don't ya'll think that if you move the withdraw outta the way that we as customers will redeposit more often??

There are some people that will not reverse a withdraw no matter what ya do
so you are losing money this way so can you explain why it just sits there taunting me an my mind is made up will not reverse Ever

I love your casino an Louise you cant't be beat but IMO this is a major flaw how long it takes for the withdraw to move outta my way

Hope I am making sense here

    Thanks
    Cindy

    Heya Cindy

    Hope you are well

    Thanks for your comments.

Just in case you are not aware, you are in fact able to re-deposit. The way around it is... Cancel the pending withdraw in 'deposit' in the cashier, so it goes back in to your balance, then make a deposit, and then before starting to play, go back to 'withdraw' and re-request your withdrawal. Make sure to redeem a bonus on your deposit before starting to play

Concerning the speed of withdrawals, they are approved and sent out within 48 hours, and make sure to PM me if you used an e-wallet account to withdrawal, as I can speed this up more so!

About your comp points - You get one comp point for every $1 you wager, and when you redeem them, 500 points is $5. Please PM me with which game you were playing and at roughly which time and I will make sure to check up on it for you.

    Thanks,

    Louise

    Hiya Louise
I am doin fine Thanks hope you are also what I am getting at is we shouldnt have to cancel our pending withdraw as this just delays the withdraw where somehow other RTG's have it to where all you have to do is click on deposit an the withdraw goes like in hiding an the deposit options come up

as for the comp points I have 9 an I have played at different times usually between 2 am est an 7 am est playing mostly the reindeer revenge 1 think that is the name of it

Thanks a bunch for answering this

    Cindy

    Sure Cindy, no worries.

I am not in the office today, but have passed this on to ask that it's checked for you.

I can also forward your comments on being able to reverse withdrawals.

I'll get back to you later and we'll hopefully have an answer for you concerning the comp point concerns.

    Have a good day,

    Louise

jas, I think you and I both know the reason that casinos do this in general (and it's not just RTGs) is in the hopes that people will reverse the withdrawal and lose more money. But there are some practical considerations:

    1) a player might legitimately request a withdrawal on accident or need to immediately undo a decision.

    2) In casinos where withdrawal requires manual employee intervention (seemingly most of them), then there's no point is making the withdrawal non-reversible until someone will actually start processing it anyway.

um, eek. Louise, I don't know the Rushmore group's stance on this, but such behavior (reverse, redeposit, bonus claim, and re-withdrawal) could cause a LOT of problems with the T&Cs at MANY casinos. There's a substantial risk of bonuses getting voided, wagering requirements getting jacked up, and other untoward adverse action. I wouldn't recommend such tactics with a bonus as a general policy.

    Thanks for your comments EasyRhino.

In that case, I recommend that the player waits up to the 48 hours for their withdrawal to be processed.

I am able to speed up e-wallet withdrawals and have already done so for some players on here and have paid them within an hour or two of their withdrawal request.

I am more than happy to do this fir you guys, so just PM me and I'll take care of it for ya

    Thanks,

    Louise

There are some people that will not reverse a withdraw no matter what ya do
I am one of those people. I would rather deposit elsewhere (your lost money now because I couldn't at your casino) and play and wait on my withrawal knowing it's coming. If it was cleared out after withdrawing even if it wasn't processed, just "moved", you would probably get a lot of the withdrawal back and then some.

It's the comfort of knowing there is a pending withdrawal that makes it easier to redeposit NEW money. Reversing is NOT an option in my book!

Most casinos don't realize how much money they are losing becasue of the 24 hour period and such..thats becasue we have many other places to play while waiting for our withdrawal and it actually hurts those casinos that take longer to move the money out of the account..but, we as players are comfortable with going elsewhere and depositng while you hold the funds hostage hurting your bottom line

We call it variety, you call it reversing NOT...
