will hill problems

has anybody had or heard of problems at will hill casino,

only i havent been able to log in since sunday night,i was playing in the casino and received a casino error msg and it wouldnt let me play, i cant even transfer my money out of there,
i asked there support and got the usual we have passed your enquirey to our tech team, now when i email i get an auto response and there phone lines are always engaged, i know they said they are having migration problems,
maybe im just being to impatient
