They have some kind of new software ,with new features like the spin button turns into stop after starting the reels,turbo spin option, and others. But the software told me I didn't have Flash player and made me download it again,(even though I have it) and totally crashed three times in 20 minutes of play.(I got a server busy message and it had some link to the server provider and thats it every time). Not to mention that it took 40 % of my starting bankroll in these twenty minutes without a single bonus or payout over 5 times my wager on six different slots. Oh yeah, alot of the games have new names like Pinnochio is now Wooden Boy, Phantom of the opera is now the Haunted Opera, Rapunzel is Robertas Castle, etc.
Time for me to go watch some boring football and hope they get this straightened out.

I found out about the new games.

The new Cherry Red slot will stay exclusively on Cherry Red Casino.

The other new games will be available on Rushmore and Slots Oasis hopefully by the end of the week.

As a couple of people have noticed, the new slots have some cool new features. Such as:

Space Bar to Spin/Stop, Turbo Mode, On-Screen Animation (Animations in the reels), etc.

This is an (almost!) exclusive upgrade we have received from RTG, so hope you all like it. These upgrades are on only selected RTG casinos to start with, so if you experience any glitches (but hope that won't be the case!), please let me know.

I had the same problem. I kept crashing everytime I changed games. I really enjoyed that Coyote one. I must of got 3 bonus rounds in 15 minutes and I got a bonus round in Lions Lair. I didnt win in the end but I was ok with that because my $25 lasted quite a long time and i even played the 3 stooges at $1.25 a spin

I just hope I dont have to restart every game because that kinda took the fun out of it in the beginning. It got better but it was strange

All in all, I like the new games:)

Not to burst anyones bubble on the 3 Stooges game but I spun for hundreds to close to over a thousand spins and hit the Larry bonus round 3 times. I never hit Moe or Curley bonus.

What will it take to hit this bonus round? I also went to play in fun mode and played it again for another few hundred spins and still never hit those bonus rounds, Moe or Curly ones. Are they even attainable? Anyone hit them yet?

It is a fun slot but there is no point in playing this one if this feature is not triggering in a few thousand spins and just shows 2 of a kind to ruin any kind of possible win. I hit 2 Moes and 2 Curley at the same time quite a lot which doesn't pay anything, just messes up any pay for that spin. I hit all three quite a few times too and still nothing.

Needs tweaking unless others have hit this bonus round other than Larry. Let us know please!

Playing as a Guest I received 10 spins with the Curly Bonus. So it does work..

Since my earlier post the software has crashed eight more times, I had a couple decent hits on the stooges game but bonuses out of thousands of spins on this game , :eek2:ZERO, also hundreds of spins on the Treasure game,Aladdins,Aztecs, Green Light, Emerald,etc.,etc, total bonuses NOT A FRIGGIN ONE :eek2::eek2::eek2: . I did take two spins on that two dollar reindeer game and hit the bonus but that is long gone. Oh yeah, plus the lobby hangs every time you switch games for up to three minutes like someone already stated. Loading..., loading...., loading.... what a bite. Something is not right here today. Not that it was all that great before. Let the buyer beware.

ugh...

Oops. the software just informed me for the third time I don't have Adobe acrobat flash player, I must install and booted me out. I surrender. What a joke. Edited post.... in all fairness , I did just finally hit my first bonus round on Cherry Red slot after 600 + spins, switched to Aztecs and hit the bonus round to put me up $72 profit and then the software crashed again. I'm calling it a night.

Get aload of this... I just went back for a few more spins mad as hell and went to that two dollar reindeeer game , got the bonus right away , and the final payout on the bonus was $1325 !:eek2::eek2::eek2: Sorry I couldn't figure out how to post a screenshot but it was like four of the wild symbols and miscellaneous ends. I'm done for sure now.

Well, what a story spike38! If it were not for the Adobe problem, it would be all good! Congrats on the payout.

In all cases of tech problems, our software company are looking in to these - Often, it's not necessarily a problem with the software itself - It's with people's computer settings, i.e., they are set too high so can block things here and there or if your computer hasn't got a recent update of software, you can get some error messages. But we are aware that we need to find out what the solution is exactly when this happens, so we are always working on getting answers for you all :p

Hey Spike,

I know its frustrating but maybe you could just wait it out a couple of days instead of this play by play bash. I know, Im being a mother hen or post police but we know how you feel and Im frustrated as well but she can only pass this stuff on. Shes not the creator of the game.

Maybe you can just cashout what you have a try a different place rather then just keep playing and posting?

I agree with Louise on the computer settings for the software. I have not had any problems since the update with new games except for lack of bonus rounds...:mad:

If one computer crashes that many times it might need some tuning up. Just a suggestion. Defrag, scandisk, delete partial files and cookies does wonders to fix some of the problems. Going to windows update also helps.

I did notice on some of the agents computers in my office after having installed Service Pack 3 many have had some serious issues. I made them uninstall this update and it rectified itself.

Just a few tidbits that might halp since you are having such serious issues.

We did find that a small amount have had problems since the release of Vista also, grrrr! I have a love hate relationship with Vista!

Like I've always said, beta testing new software by the public is very dangerous. If you're letting real money players beta test gambling software then you're really asking for it.

Okay,I just finished the playthrough req's. I deposited $48 and cashed out $1670 total. The four new games are all really fun and I'm sure once the kinks are ironed out this software will be very well received.
