3dice: can we take care of this quickly and professionally please

I've been having an interesting dispute with 3dice the last couple of days which has been overly shocking to me as well as pretty insulting.

Their live support was online but there was no support available. It is "online" on the website, but "offline" through my casino page.

Maybe someone can help me out and contact live support and ask why support is not available to me?

As always, i am all for "full disclosure" of the details of this dispute if it has to come to it, but i am relying on some professional courtesy to resolve this matter efficiently.

I have to say, i am very disappointed in 3dice and this time it is not just about their poor paying games.

Let's get this issue resolved and move our separate ways, shall we?

finally got in touch with cs and issue was resolved. I'll chalk it up to a serious misunderstanding and that the insulting accusation was unintentional. With such a long history at 3dice, i'm still suprised by what happened but... oh well.

damn, guess i won't get a christmas present this year either, lol.

i pm'ed Rob yesterday and he was very kind to let me vent... Thanks again Robwin!
Anyway, it was a weird thing and not something i want to see blown out of proportion. But i don't think it was something that would be an issue for anyone else, i hope. If it was something i thought would negatively affect others, i would have expanded on the issue.

anyway, i feel it's not something that should alter anyone's current perceptions of 3dice whether good or bad so i'll leave it at that.

I gotta admit Hippo, I'm curious as well. And just because I play at a certain casino....doesn't mean that I think any of them are perfect. And...I always like to hear the bad, along with the good. It adds balance. It is also very telling to see how certain casinos handle different situations. In any event, I guess we'll just have to wonder.
