For those disgruntled with mg

Seriously, im a member of a fair few mg casinos and i agree recent times have been harsh. Trying to get a hit or a decent win has been difficult. The one exception which i mentioned a few weeks ago is Spin palace

For me anyway Spin palace is very very good, most slots are hitting and ive had several good withdrawals over the last month fro, here. Not been able to hit a dime anywhere elseso i have no idea why spin palace is playing so well. Im not sure about Mummys gold their other casino but for those having a hard time with mgs at the moment i strongly suggest giving Spin Palace a go, tho dont come back and yell at me if it all goes t*** up lol

no worries as i say ive tried a few mgs in the last few weeks ( why i dont know) and this is the only casino that ever gives me value for money. strange really.

Well funny you should say that because of all the MG casinos I have played their group has always given me the best returns.
I am probably just over 95% with them while all other MG casinos run well below 90% and even 80% with some.
Just my experience.

I stand by my comment that there is no finer mg casino than Spin Palace, years of play has taught me this. Course i dont win all the time, id like to win all the time, but whereas most mg casinos i play at just take take take, i win often with the Palace group.

Spin Palace has been my favorite casino for years now. I am also a VIP member there and cannot praise them enough for their payouts and customer service. As a VIP we have the luxury of having a separate customer service team who are the best in the business. Have never found the streakiness that other mg casinos usually have and have processed more withdrawals from Spin Palace than any other mg casino. They seem to have a more balanced win & lose method. You may lose the first day then win the second. Have never gone months without a winning session like the others. They have also set up a VIP monthly calendar with bonuses galore and private VIP tournments allowing us to pick and choose which promo we would like to take advantage of. You can tell that they are working very hard at maintaining their loyal customer base unlike any others I've seen. They are at the top of my list and no one else has come close.

I think they have several levels of VIP. It seems I am now on level 2, having been level 1 for a while, however I get my offers for Ruby Fortune, but I don't get beyond the standard weekly promotions, plus what I presume is "level 2" which considt of extra VIP 100% straight deposit bonuses on some of the days not covered by the usual promo. Clearly, there are further levels higher than 2, with this pick and choose monthly calendar & private tournaments.

Hi Vinyl...I am not aware of VIP "levels" with Spin Palace, perhaps that is strictly a Ruby format. My status was achieved with Spin Palace only, not having really played enough to make a difference at the other Palace group casinos. So it may be that each casino has separate VIP formats? Unlike Casino Rewards where we seem to be rewarded based on "group" play. Worth checking with support on that as I know you would really enjoy having access to the VIP monthly calendar. It offers 30%-100% deposit matches, cash loss matches, surprise gift bonuses and the weekly private $300 tourney.
