Question Which is the best way to Dep & withdraw

Not sure but it seems to be working, for deposits anyways..
the way ive been making deposits is with a mastercard giftcard.they all seem to like them havent had one rejected yet.
Spin Palace got intouch with me after making a dep with one the next day.
told them what i had and where i buy.she said you are the first depositer with such a thing.
I said jackpot. do i win something.
never heard boo from the again about the card.

so is that the best way to make a dep.no account info or bookers fees

and when iam lucky enough to WIN someday soon
Can i just ask for a check from these casinos.

i know it will take longer to receive but 2 or 3 week is ok with me.
would that be standard for a check
also would you have to give documents to them

would this be the best way to dep and withdraw from casinos.

Thanks this is a great site..Cheers

Well Zack I can see this post is not getting much attention and I think you need to understand that for a relatively new poster.. it usually scares off others to have someone new inquire about deposit and withdrawal options because of all the US hulla-baloo!

as well as this should be posted in "america the beautiful' maybe a mod can move it for you???

btw.. M/c is not your best option. they will shut you down real fast from past experience.. but if you go to the search option above and type in "deposit options" it will bring up a list of threads for you!!
    Good luck!

All payment methods have pros and cons. There's convenience, transaction limits, flexibility, etc.
If I had to choose one universally liked method I'd say electronic wallet. Casinos especially love them (vs. credit cards). You know why? security

But Zack is Canadian... Why should this be in the ATB section?
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

For the same reason all questions regarding deposit/withdrawal methods are in ATB. They are not only addressed, answered or inquired about by just Canadians. I believe the majority are US posters.

I don't see any need for this to be in ATB. The options that we use up here, are different than what the US uses, for the most part anyway.

Zack, I also use a Mastercard and have never had one single problem. I use it at 32Red, Inetbet and 3Dice. It is the prepaid variety that I got from Money Mart. When you want to load it, you just go to your local Money Mart, and if you are performing some other transaction (ie. cheque cash, Western Union, bill pay, etc), the load is free. If you are JUST loading the card, there is a $2 fee. Patrina mentioned something about a monthly fee you can pay instead, but I prefer to just pay as I go. They also charge a % for each transaction....for me it works out to about 50 cents to 1 dollar per transaction, depending if it is in Canadian dollars or US dollars. It works like a charm, and like I said, never had a problem with it. You can check your account online, and they even break down your spending into different areas, and gaming is one of them.

For withdrawals, I use Moneybookers. Once the casino sends payment, it's in your account instantly. From there, you can request a cheque withdrawal, which will be in US dollars, and the fee is a modest $4.95 (maximum). You also have the option of withdrawing to your bank account, but I prefer to not register a bank account with any ewallet. You can also fund Moneybookers from your Credit Card (not a prepaid one though), or through a wire transfer from your bank. But, for the wire transfer, you actually have to request your bank to send the money. You can't initiate it through the MB site. And be prepared to verify your identity with MB as well. But for an ewallet, they are tops in my book.

I would imagine you could also request a cheque withdrawal direct from any casino. Only thing with 32Red, is that they only issue cheques in British pounds, and that could be a pain when it comes to cashing it....only because of the "hold" on international cheques in a currency other than US dollars/Cdn dollars.

Knock on wood, but these methods have worked for me for years, with nary a glitch ever. Hope this helps.

I'm pretty sure your U.S. government knows that casinos use credit cards and Moneybookers. But seeing as that U.S. players cannot use Mastercard or Moneybookers, I don't see what the issue is. Why would they be interested in what methods Canadians use? If we were discussing options that U.S. players use, I would agree with you wholeheartedly.

Someone from the DoJ or government can still sign up to this forum if they so desire, and read the ATB forum by requesting access. All it does when a topic is moved in there, is take it out of the search engines.

A Canadian player is unlikely to come here and go to the ATB forum to get info on Canadian banking options for casinos. Makes no sense.

EDIT: I see the mods already moved it. So when Zack comes back to look for an answer, will he be able to get in here to read the thread? Or will he know to ask for access? Do new posters get a message telling them to PM a mod to gain access? Absolutely pointless for a thread on Canadian deposit/withdrawal methods to be locked away in a forum dedicated to U.S. players. Maybe it would just be better for U.S. players to not answer questions from players from other countries, unless they are sure of their info. In this case, the bit about Mastercard is completely untrue. It works fine up here.

Damn Mercy, is that Obama guy trying to take over the whole world already? Before he's even sworn in?

No one told me, and funnily enough my taxes still go to Revenue CANADA. Go figure.
