3Dice Customer support top notch

I thought I would post something about 3Dice because the managers, enzo, ellen and anna provided me with excellent customer service following my lucky streak playing the slots. As you can see from the screen shot, it was a pretty hefty win. I wanted to say that the managers at 3Dice got me paid within a day, and even helped me find a payout option that made it hassle free. Not only did the win feel awesome, but later when it came time to cash out, it was awesome seeing the action the managers took to making sure my payout was timely. I also wanted to mention that I found 3Dice via the Casinomeister website and do appreciate the work you all put into sorting through the good, bad and the unknown online casinos out there.

Why is the fifth reel stopped before the fourth reel ?? :eek2:

Mine will do that too, sometimes. I believe it's an issue with graphics drivers, for some reason. When it starts happening to me, every game is messed up. The reels/cards will be all jerky and sporadic. Sometimes they won't even "spin" at all. All of the reels will come to a stop at once....very weird. Once that happens, a simple reboot will reset everything back to normal....

Awesome win!

Very nice Binshaken. And that's why people play at 3Dice, for all you naysayers. Yes, the games are hard as hell to win on sometimes. But you can hit huge, and you can have long lucky streaks as well as long losing streaks. Just like any other casino.

And the best part is that Bin won 15K and had his money within a day, even though he's in the US (I think? lol).

I really just wish people would remember this when the losing streaks kick in, and they're unhappy. Vent all you want, but just remember threads like this.

Very happy for you Bin, I hope you do something substantial with the money.

Yea, I've had that sudden stop happen on quite a few of the slots i've been playing on...

On my system it refreshes as soon as I click spin again...

No, I meant the jerkiness and so forth....

and Pina, there's nothing to show off :) My video card is a monster (compared to most,) an I can get upwards of 60+ FPS on all of 3Dice's games. :) This is an issue related to drivers, and not the card itself. I may need to downgrade my drivers...:(

I don't ever get any of that since I bought my new vid card awhile back, but it does do the sudden stop thing every now and then on a few of the slots...

60 FPS Win? Geez, I'm lucky when I get over thirty.

Here's what I have (I think, lol). And the graphics are set to allow 3D programs to adjust themselves accordingly. In other words, I haven't touched it.

Do you see anything here I should adjust, ie. dedicated memory etc? Please keep in mind I'm basically a know nothing when it comes to computers.

Well, one of the reasons is that your video is 'onboard', meaning that you don't have a dedicated video card, and the video memory is shared (being pulled from) your system memory. This, combined with the graphics chipset (7100) being very old (3 generations...they're in the 9xxx series now - mine's a 9600GT) really hinders performance.

Most of the time, you can tell your system to NOT use the onboard video (through the BIOS setup, when you turn on/reboot your computer), which would allow you buy and install a "real" video card.

But, without knowing what type of slots your motherboard has, I really couldn't tell you what your upgrade options are, if any.

If you want to PM me the make and model number of your computer, I could look up the specs later this evening and let you know...:)

Okay Win, thanks. I'm okay with the way it performs, even on 3Dice. I just wondered why I was getting 30FPS, and you said you were getting 60 plus.

The computer is only about eight months old or so, but it may have been a model that was being replaced, thus the older video capabilities. We all know that a year in terms of computer technology/upgrades, is a lifetime, lol.

But, if I want to upgrade in future, I will definitely keep you in mind and have you give me a hand.
