All Jackpots Tournaments problem

I have a weird problem there at All Jackpots with the tournaments. I enter the free ones frequently. Sometimes I'll try to join one and nothing happens. I click and click and click.... and nothing happens. I close out the casino and restart it. I click and click and click.... and STILL nothing happens. And even though I know I've entered tournaments that haven't yet begun, it will tell me I'm not registered for any tournaments. Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes... it's a problem they have had for about 6 months now... and obviously they are still unable to fix it.

Perhaps David Brickman can post an update or explanation for this ongoing problem...

I frequently get this problem. It will NOT CLEAR just by unloading the casino and restarting, it is something at THEIR end. Where tournaments run over a short timeframe, perhaps the 15 minute and 30 minute ones, it can mean players unable to register, or even play an entry they have already paid for earlier.

It has been going on for more than 6 months, this kind of problem has been evident right the way from launch.

Oh, OK. I've been rebooting my computer and starting and closing the casino like a maniac.

So, like what happens when you've already won a place in the 200K Grand Final, but the software won't let you play any tournaments and keeps telling you that you're not registered for any either?

Even if you are lucky to join the tourneys you may find yourself being logged out of the tourney and casino while playing. logging in again wastes precious time. This has happened to me on several occasions. Fortunately, these werent rebuys.

It's useless to reboot the computer. The only way would be to click on the tourney link and wait until the tourney shows. It could be several seconds and could take more than 10 minutes.

Wow, I can't believe this has been going on for 6 months?!?! Do they reimburse you if you're in a rebuy and this happens?

I also have this problem. Imho the only thing you can do is to wait while logged on as chuchu said. Even when tournament lobby loads correctly, an additional problem is that sometimes when you click on rebuy or continue, nothing happens.

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, I don’t have too much too comment on this posting. Jackpot Factory isn’t in directly control of the development issues regarding the software but we do everything we can in conjunction with MGS to offer a quality product. I know this doesn’t solve anybody’s problem but it’s just the honest truth. Some of the suggestions here can help as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
