All Jackpots Tournaments problem

Unfortunately, I don’t have too much too comment on this posting. Jackpot Factory isn’t in directly control of the development issues regarding the software but we do everything we can in conjunction with MGS to offer a quality product. I know this doesn’t solve anybody’s problem but it’s just the honest truth. Some of the suggestions here can help as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the software.

If uninstalling and reinstalling would work, it would indicate a problem on the players side. The fact that is a system wide issue would indicate a problem at MGS. I was looking to buy a continue in a tournament today and couldn't. I waited and tried several times and still had the same problem. I also noticed that the number of player in the 200K went from just over 3000 to 5013. Not only is that suspicious but is also over the 5000 maximum. Needless to say I might not bother to deposit in order to rebuy or continue for that one. Folk at jackpot factory need to get on this right away as they stand to lose out on all that rebuy-continue money. get in touch with MGS and have them fix that. While they"re at it they can fix some of the old bugs.

Well, here we are! Day 1 of the 4 day 200K Tournament and still either not showing an entry or dropping out in the middle of play or not able to register. Funny, never get anything like that when trying to deposit. I won't be putting money into rebuys this weekend. Sorry for Brickman and JPF!!!!

A case of free passes being granted, and dumped into the tournament by the casino. Is it possible that the mass dumping of 2000+ free passes all at once is enough to temporarily cripple the server running the event.

THIS one is over 4 days, but if it were one of the short ones, then MANY players would have had no chance of playing.

If MGS claim to be working on this, why has NOTHING improved for months, and the only changes seen have been a WORSENING of the tournament software. The ONLY thing MGS seem to do to "remedy the situation" is to load even MORE tournaments onto a server that has already been struggling to run what it already had - how is this going to IMPROVE things.
If MY PC runs slow, or gives me "lack of resource" errors, I CLOSE software, I do not try to run even MORE, and expect an improvement

Seems this is going to be one of those bad weekends for the MGS tournament software.

I was able to do one initial round and a continue, but there's been nothing under my tournaments in the last two hours and I'm also unable to join from the main tourney lobby.
I'm really wondering, I mean this issue has serious business impact on JF, is there really nothing that could be done?

While you are not in contol of the situation, you should step up your efforts and urge MGS to solve this issue as it has dragging on for quite a long time. I have less problems with Bellerock tourneys probably because they dont have so many logging in simultaneously. What am I supposed to do when I am exercising continue play options and I am suddenly logged out. My precious play time will be drastically reduced placing me at a disadvantage. You are MG's customer and you have a right to demand a satisfactory solution quickly otherwise you should suspend the buy-in tourneys at this juncture to be fair to everyone.

seems to me some 1 is making
quite a bit of cash off these blunders

I have had this problem and by staying logged in I have been able to enter tourneys, but when I click join I expect to play

If I paid a lot to enter the tourney I would expect reimbursement

I was in the top 70 and trying to rebuy but was refused yesterday

who knows, I had just hit the free spins in loaded and timed out and that was it

I have one of the free passes to the $200,000 final - not that it is of much use at the moment, as I cannot get in. This is DAY2 - and the problems persist.

Whoever CAN get in to this event is going to be laughing

I will keep trying, and will keep back some funds for continues just in case.

I came in at 177 in that BIG tourney, and now I am at 362
