... and they don't seem to do any cashiering operations on weekends.

Woohoo! An incredible comeback. Deposited $30 got $30 bonus and started playing at $0.25 per spin at Sherlock Holmes. Went down to $0.37 so it was the last spin. This is ridiculous. It took you a total of 22 minutes for support to approve my faxback form. This does not meet my standard of 20 minutes Now I have to go to the cashier and withdraw 2 minutes in arrears lol.
