I'm a little disappointed with Cherry Red...I made a withdrawal out early morning on the 16th and for some reason it is still sitting there...Has not been processed...
The last time I made a withdrawl it took no time at all

Hey all,
Thanks to my assistant helpersOnce approved (max 2 business days), the wires do take between 7-10 business days to hit your bank account.
Wishing everyone a nice Sunday,

7-10 business days means that from the time the money is released out of the software, it is really not getting wired for 2-3 days after that. Float time or whatever you want to call it, unless you use a third party processor, money does not take that long to wire. Let's just be honest here, okay? I am not going to name names, but I have had money transfered to me in the USA by other casinos within as short as 48 hours....yes, in the bank by then. It depends on the will of the casino, in my experience. This is a learning experience for me as each casino has it's own proclivities, which steer me to one over the other. I'm less inclined to play where it takes that long to get money, as time IS money.
Thanks for the reply, Louise.
Hi takethemoney,
I appreciate your comments.
This is the service we provide at the moment and can also send withdrawals via UseMyWallet/eWalletXpress should the player wish to receive these funds within 48 hours max and perhaps be able to receive a wire from those companies in a shorter time frame that we can provide.
Thanks,
Louise

Paying out in the States is a huge challenge for operators and 7-10 biz days ain't bad all things considered (Bodog was taking weeks to months during bad patches). I know it's tough to accept as a player (esp since european guys pay faster). Get a european bank account! Not so hard to do even now (well, last time i checked anyways, someone in cyprus was doing them, I'll look into again...).
But that's also a key reason why we chose not to accept US players.. paying them is hard, tough to keep good customers happy, and not without risks to the operator. When I was consulting in CR, the first thing I asked every morning was "are we still processing?" My fear was one day the answer would be "no."
It's also the reason why I, as a Brit albeit originally out of Canada, don't play on sites that take US play; your money has to be at risk given the challenges they face with processing.
