I logged in into my account, and did not find any free chips. To be honest, I do not even know what is 'Free Casino Daily Chips' promotion is... Sent response to same email address, but it returned as undeliverable.

Anybody had received same email, or may be can direct me to this specific promotion URL? Thanks

Ok, got in touch with customer service and togeher we figured out what it was about. The email referred to free chips credited on earlier date, 24th. Apparently they credited free chips while I was playing, and I simply did not notice it

i hate that when it happens. One it makes you feel stupid and the arguments that follow insisting you have had no free chip lol
